General Philosophy:The clan resembles a hierarchy based on strength and age.Kasha is the mother of the Teisu and hailed as Queen and Goddess, with according rituals and ceremonies. An entire religion has been created around her figure. The King is the Queen’s companion and holds a much lower place compared to her. He is still valued, but often overlooked and pales in front of Kasha. His name is unknown. The Elder is the oldest of the clan and the man in command, some might say. He is believed to converse directly with Kasha and convey her wishes; whether that is true or false is uncertain. He also is a certain type of priest of Kasha, leading the rituals. The Kitanashi are people who have devoted their life to scientific research. They are highly skilled Shinobi, with their specialty usually being Medical Ninjutsu. They feed only on animal blood or experimental substitute blood; that is why they are called Kitanashi, which means impure. Because of their eating habits, their eyes turn a blood red colour. They are theoretical thinkers and pacifists, devoting their lives to research, development and advancement of the human race. As such, they are rather skeptical about the existence of Kasha and not very fond of following her religion. They are even appalled by the monthly sacrifice, but partake in it anyway as spectators and helpers, supporting the preparations and planning the ceremony, because they value family. The Meikaku are the ‘bodyguards’ of the Kitanashi. They are naturally talented in Taijutsu and/or Weaponry, skilled and trained to protect the Kitanashi. Some might say this structure resembles the Hyuuga clan, however this is not the case. The relationship between Meikaku and Kitanashi is one of friendship and mutual appreciation. They understand that they cannot survive without each other, for Meikaku protect the Kitanashi in exchange for new jutsu, medical treatment and inventions. Meikaku are also aggressive in nature, preferring to rip their opponent apart with bare hands rather than killing them gracefully. This might be the only time they are not graceful. Meikaku like drinking human blood which allows them to keep their own eye colour, converted, however, into a more godly and serpent appearance. They are fierce, absolute and unforgiving. Meikaku are also very religious individuals and the ‘favored children’ of Kasha, mainly because they are just like her. They often pray in their free time and conduct rituals and small sacrifices to earn Kasha’s favor. Even though having never actually seen Kasha, they still strongly believe in her and judge anyone who opposes their beliefs.Unique Characteristics:Basically, what this clan grants is immortality and the increase of physical attributes [speed, strength, endurance, hearing, smelling]. The Teisu also don’t need to sleep, but some choose to sleep because they like to dream.BeautyThe members of the Teisu all have different appearances; you might find blonde, brunette and ginger individuals, with purple, green or black eyes. However, if there is one thing they have in common, it is their otherworldly beauty. Their skin is fair, even pale; many outsiders have compared it to that of a deceased human. It lacks the natural pinkness most living people have. Because of the paleness of their skin, they have often been confused with albinos, especially the ones who happen to have white hair. For members with a dark skin colour, their skin has an odd shine about it, giving off the impression of health and wealth. Furthermore, their eyes, even though of many different colours, have also one trait in common; they seem to sparkle, to an extent. It is as though the sun constantly shines on them, even when it’s dark outside. Any colour they had in their previous life gets enhanced after they join this clan, gifting them with an astonishingly beautiful eye colour. That is, should they drink human blood. Their teeth, particularly their dogteeth, expand every time they are about to feed, even if it's just from a blood bag. Their veins in their face also pop out, mainly beneath their eyes, and the white of their eyes turns a blood red colour.Kitanashi individuals have always red eyes. Dark red, bright red, it doesn’t matter, they will always be some kind of red.IntelligenceThe Teisu clan members are praised for their intelligence which rivals even the Nara clan, if it doesn't surpass it. The Kitanashi of this clan have devoted their lives to the study of the world and as such spend a lot of their time thinking about the universe and developing new techniques, medicine, plants, and they even experiment on other people. That is why most of the Kitanashi are proficient in the use of Medical Ninjutsu, though not all choose it as a specialty. The Meikaku are of a more practical mindset; their intelligence resides in how they can use their abilities and what they know about their opponent to kill them. Most Meikaku don’t bother with scientific research and only provide the Kitanashi with the bodies they need for their experiments.God ComplexBecause of their special traits, the Teisus have a tendency to believe they are unstoppable, especially the Meikaku. As such, they feel better than the rest of the population and have a very strong sense of supremacy, especially when talking to someone who is not of their clan.EleganceTeisu clan members are very elegant in nature; their walk is so light and graceful, it looks as though they are floating. Their movements are precise and calculated, ensuring their efficiency. A Teisu would never move in a way that is unnecessary and would never move too much of what is required of them. You would never see them making unnecessary movements, like irrationally swinging their hands around. To become a member of the Teisu clan, one must fulfill certain criteria. First of all, you can’t just apply and join this clan, nor can you be born into it; All the members are infertile. A clan member has to choose you to become a member after observation and testing. A team of one Meikaku and one Kitanashi will head out and search for a new member. Once they find an individual who they think is worthy of joining their clan, they will abduct them and bring them back to the Island. There, they will partake in tests concerning their intelligence, their physical abilities and personality. The results will deem where they belong, to the Meikaku or Kitanashi. Should they refuse to participate, they are tortured until they participate or die. Once they have passed the tests and have been advised to their factions, they go through one last stage to become a complete member. The candidates are led to the cave with the river, where Kasha is said to reside, and are thrown down the waterfall, left there to fend for themselves until they come up on their own. However, once they are thrown down the waterfall and fall into that room with the drawings, something odd happens. The member encounters Kasha herself, who bites them and drains them of their blood. Once they are free of all their blood, Kasha feeds them her own blood. Their bodies’ organs die over the period of three days and, under excruciating pain, their blood evaporates. This is also the reason why all the members are infertile. While the body dies, the individual’s soul remains inside the body. As such, the individual does not die and their chakra network is kept functional by their soul. Then, the newborn awakens and is now officially a member of the Teisu clan. They climb out of the cave and faint, resulting in their forgetting that they have ever met Kasha.Kasha’s blood grants them eternal life. Now, this only means that members of this clan can’t die of natural causes (illnesses, old age, etc.) and don’t need their organs to live; as a result, many end up taking them out as they are unnecessary weight. They can live forever, as they are practically dead already. Severing their head is the only way to actually kill them.Due to their blood evaporating, they are in constant need of new, warm blood, or else their bodies will transcend to a state of rigor mortis, making them living statues. They also constantly consume warm drinks [coffee, chocolate, tea, etc.]. Taking their organs out makes no difference in the consumption of blood or hot drinks, as their body absorbs the blood and drinks into its veins and skin, once they enter the body of a Teisu. The Teisu clan can be joined either IC [in character], or by applying for one. When joining IC, if the Shinobi who joins has a KKG, they lose their ability to utilize it. However, they keep any physical and mental abilities they had before joining the clan [strength, speed, intelligence, strategist, etc.].Clan Combat:

The Vitals
Clan History:At the dawn of time, near the borders of the Water Country, emerged an obscure island. It was vast, but not so big to be considered a continent. Researchers of the Water Country observed its sudden appearance out of nowhere and sent a team to analyze its geological properties as well as its flora and fauna. The team reached the island and spent there a week before finding a river that led them to a cave. The river ran through the cave, and as they stepped inside it to examine it, they noticed that the end of the river fell down a small waterfall to an unknown place. The researches abseiled to where the river was flowing, only to find a room as ancient as the world itself, with drawings on each wall. The drawings told the story of a woman who was raped and later killed by her society because they accused her of being at fault. As soon as the child was born, it was killed in front of the mother’s eyes and then she was killed as well. However, the drawings didn’t stop there; it looked like the woman had emerged from her grave again, with a halo, and started killing everyone who had wronged her by sucking out their blood and then eating the corpses. The researches thought of this as folklore and stories ancient people would tell their children so they’d behave. They continued examining the room until they found something that looked like a coffin. They opened it and inside there was a human body, black like ashes and severely dehydrated; it was really old but the coffin was sealed in such a way that wouldn't allow any oxygen to enter, so the body could be preserved until some point. The researches gathered around the corpse and wondered who hat could be when suddenly its hands grabbed one of them and tore him into the coffin, sucking him dry. The others tried to run, but the corpse, who was very much alive now and a woman, caught them all and drank all their blood and ate their bodies, resulting in the restoration of her own body.Since then, this woman, known as Kasha, has been recruiting people to join her. She kept one of the researchers, who had sworn her eternal loyalty, and made him her King, granting him eternal life. Kasha would roam the earth for many years, recruiting the brightest of minds, who would become the Kitanashi, and the most ferocious of killers, who would become the Meikaku. After recruiting enough and gifting them with immortality, she retreated into solitary living with her King, demanding to be worshiped as a deity and to have sacrifices made to her. The sacrifices consist of five females and five males, each month. The sacrificial ceremony has turned into an island-wide event and seen as something many Meikaku and Kitanashi look forward to every month, as it is a time where the whole ‘family’ gets together and can catch up. They believe sacrificing ten people is a small price to pay for their immortality.Clan Jutsu:Members are free to create Clan Jutsu, which will then be added here. | |
