Also went and added in the remaining updates for Characters, though I'm not touching Ryuus, because I have no clue wtf his second code is.

For the Clan list, won't that be rather short? Or do you want all active canon AND site clans?

Switched NPC guide with Jutsu boosting guide, have a list of SCs at the bottom(we have two differing categories of them).
I can do the NPC guide if I am given more information on it.
