I can't find the rules

I'v been looking everywhere for the rules about Body Flicker but can't seem to find them, could some one post a link.


Oh, and out of curiosity will tailed beasts ever be implemented. It would be cool to see bunch of A class ninja try to subdue a tailed beast and then have a S rank fuujutsu guy come out and seal it into some lucky or unlucky fellow depending how you look at it.

Rules on them are in the main rules. On the WELCOME bar, it says "The NarutoR Rules" and they are in there.
