Staff Teams

Each staff member must have atleast 2 duties
Chain of Command:
Team Member ---> Team Leader ---> Administrator.
Problems should be brought to a team leader to be solved, bigger problems should be brought to an admin. This will minimize the micromanaging that administrators will have to do daily.

Keeping your section updated:
If you signed up for a section, you own it. Make it yours, treat it like your baby. Make sure its clean, organized, and most of all updated. Your staff paychecks will be determined on your area's. If a member needs you to check something out of your area, make sure YOUR area is first 100% updated.


IC Team
Tasked with monitoring the use of god moding, meta gaming, abuse of character abilities, NPCing, battle modding, and other things involving characters.

OOC Team
Tasked with taking care of the community, monitoring contests, updating awards, answering questions, dealing with OOC disputes, keeping the peace, advertising.

Tasked with making sure all sections of the creation guides are checked daily, and that by the end of the day most, if not all, topics have been posted by a moderator. Every moderator is tasked with character approval.
