Kumogakure hospital, a place where many shinobi are sent to recover after a dangerous mission or fight. Not only is it a place for rest, but a place for training to the aspiring shinobi nurses and doctors. Yes it is a place to hone ones skills and a place for rest and recovery to those injured or sick, this is where we find our young genin, Kosei on a very cold and quiet morning.

The boys eyes slowly opened, blinking a few times before collecting himself.
He gave a small grunt as he pushed his body back to sit up, against the pillow. As he did this a quick jolt of pain shot through his right shoulder. "Ugh..where the hell am i?" he thought as he rubbed his forearm over his eyes, wiping the sleep away. He looked around the room, it seemed rather normal. There was a small television hanging from a corner as well as a night table by the bed with a small vase of Orchids setting atop of it. The white tile reflected the ceiling lights like a mirror. The room was white and very well taken care of, all most pure in a sense. Sunlight began to break the darkness outside as the sun rose over the large mountain range in the distance, the suns rays striking the boy in the face. This caused him to look outside, while shielding his eyes, but with that look he quickly gathered where he was. That large expanse of buildings and the large black tower that reached into the heavens was a dead giveaway. He was in Kumogakure's hospital.

"Awh damn it." he grunted as he let himself fall back, head on the pillow he was sitting against. He stared up at the white ceiling and tightened his fists into a grip. As you may have been able to tell, he was not happy. This was mainly because of two reasons, the first being the fact that he was unable to defeat that ninja in the forest and that he was in fact beaten. The second being that if his injuries were enough for them to put him the hospital it was also likely he would have to stay in the hospital. He gritted his teeth and narrowed his eyes at the thought. "If i ever see that ninja again im going to kill him."  he said under his breath. They could put him here but there was no way he was going to just lay around!

Just as he was getting out of bed the door opened, breaking the silence. Stepping through the door came a fairly tall man in a long white coat that reached down to his ankles and along with him was a much shorter woman who held a clip board. "Dont move another muscle" the man said as he opened a small file and began to scan over it. "It says here you have suffered quite some injury and you will need to stay in bed till tomorrow. No buts about it" the man continued with great authority in his voice. The nurse stood beside the man taking notes not saying a word.

Kosei looked at the two and thought for a moment. Like they were going to stop him, who did they thing they were? "What difference does it make if i leave now rather than tomorrow?" the young boy persisted. The large man crossed his arms and stared down to the young genin. "The difference is that your injuries could get much worse, part of being a good ninja is knowing when its time to rest" he said very sternly.

Kosei sighed and got back in bed, the doctor did have a point, although he was eager and anxious he would refuse to be foolish. Well anymore foolish than he had been for getting himself put in the hospital in the first place. "Thats the spirit" the man said as the woman continued to write in her clipboard. After then the doctor and nurse would begin to go over his injuries once more and apply ointment to his chest for the burns, all the while Kosei had something on his mind. A something that had tried to cut him down several times the night before. He imagined and planned out their next encounter. A small grin came across his face as he imagined himself defeating him.

After the nurse and doctor had finished they left the room and Kosei layed back down in the bed as instructed after closing the blinds to the window. Nestled under the covers he closed his eyes.

"Till we meet again" he whispered before falling fast asleep.
