Appearance: Jin stands a average 6'1 and weighs around 160 pounds. His skin is a pale white as is most of the people from his bloodline. His hair is bright red and his eyes are a light orange. He wears a white T shirt with a black leather vest overlapping it. Around his neck he wears a silver chain necklace with a small metal ornament hanging from it. He also has a red dragon tattoo on his right arm that marked him as a slave when he was younger. His sand gourd sits on his back

His lower outfit consists of blue leather pants with a red belt running through them. His shoes are light black with red laces running through them. He carries his gloves in his front pockets so they are east to get to. His hands and feet are also calloused from year of training his fighting style.
Personality: Jin i usually a very tame person unless you threaten something or someone he cares for, Then he can be a hand full. He can be a little prideful sometimes but he is usually a pretty down to earth guy. But one of his fatal flaws is if he sees somebody being bullied or pushed around he has to interfere. due to his time as a slave he knows what it feels like to be told what to do and he hated it. It is part of the reason he never joined a village after escaping.

Though he never let's it get him down, He will not whine or moan about his past because it is just that, His past. And there is nothing he can do about that but he will always try to to keep his head up for a brighter tomorrow. Jin is considered to be a genius with the one time his master checked his IQ it was over 180. Though he usually only shows it during battle situations where he has to come up with a plan on the fly. He even has the ability to memorize and recall anything that he has seen, heard or experienced with extreme precision and in abundant volume.

Kekkei Genkai | Bloodline Techniques: Sand Manipulation is the power that has been acquired by the Sunahama clan. This power requires the usage of Earth and Wind Natured Chakra to use, and the power given has numerous potentials. Firstly, the sand that is created from the ground and shredded to make the sand particles (using both Earth and Wind chakra) is very durable and strong but it makes the user slower than the average ninja when soaked with water, for it makes the sand heavier. But, a bonus to this is that, automatically, the sand can protect the user from an attack, as long as the attack isn't going at a high speed. Things like kunai and shurikan and some jutsu can be stopped this way. The clan member does this by putting some chakra into every particle of sand, so that unconsciously, if the user knows an attack is coming, the chakra instantly tries to stop it.

For everyone else, or those I've seen graded, the style has counted towards the Jutsu. Therefor, you have 11.

"Genin start with 10 Techniques/Equipment" It does not mention styles in this part

"One style is allowed per rank." The apps i have seen,graded and looked over have never been graded that way the style does not count towards the Jutsu and equipment.

EDIT After Speaking to Otu he said the style does not count towards the 10 jutsu/equipment.
