Description: Being very familiar with chakra already, due to his Byakugan, he has developed himself to the point where he can sense the chakra of others from quite a distance away. This way, he doesn't always need his Byakugan active to stay alert. He's allowed to suppress his chakra by 50% maximum.

Birth Arc:
Cj's parents were some of the remaining Hyuga, wandering from place to place as they finally found themselves in Kumogakure. It was there that they decided to settle down and stay for good. They were the remnants of a dying breed, and held their generational techniques closely and made sure there would be someone to pass them onto to keep their clan alive, and hopefully restore it to its former glory.

Cj was their first and only son, being eleven turning twelve at the time. He was a start to the revival of a once legendary clan, whose fighting and sensory prowess struck fear into the hearts of opponents and gained respect from allies. From a young age he was taught the secrets of their clan and their history, making sure that he would one day pass it onto his children.

Academy Arc:
Upon moving to the village, Cj was enrolled in the academy at age twelve. He was much older than some students, but it wasn't his fault. He was new, and had to start somewhere. Luckily for him, being older was quite an advantage, having both physical and mental superiority due to being a more matured person. Although his success as a student lead to some cockiness, which was expected when you were better than all your friends.

Already being taught a few high leveled techniques from his parents, he was a quick learner and managed to learn all the academy jutsu with relative ease. Being the oldest in his graduating class, he was considered one of the best. His pride was a good indicator of how talented he was, for Cj had no filter at such a young age, since he had yet to be defeated by his peers.

Genin Arc:

At the young age of 12 he began his formal ninja life, joining a standard four man squad with a talented Jounin as the commander. Due to his kekkai genkai he had a strong grasp of taijutsu and focused on it primarily in his time as a genin. Since he was a minority and most didn't know of the Hyuga's capabilities, he was able to use the ignorance of others to his advantage and never spoke of what his clan's abilities were and what could do. It was his opponent's job to try and figure out what his eyes could do, and how his unique style of taijutsu worked.

Cj would get his first taste of defeat and failure in a B ranked mission assigned to him and his team, and he didn't like it. Being cocky he decided to take on a couple chuunin missing-nin alone, refusing outside help, and was defeated terribly, only to be saved by his Jounin commander. From then on he changed his attitude towards others and matured quickly, soon learning he wasn't invincible and there were many other people out there that were strong enough to overcome his natural born talent and his dojutsu.

After that brutal reality check, the young Cj Hyuga began to look at things from a different perspective. He began to diversify himself, dabbling himself in the art of ninjutsu to add depth to himself as a ninja. He didn't want to become predictable, so learning new things was a must.

Chuunin Arc:

Upon promotion at the age of thirteen, Cj was a child compared to the others of his rank. Although he was small he never let that stop him from doing what he wanted. By this time he was proficient at both Taijutsu, and Ninjutsu, and was a solid commander when it came to leading genin through missions. Through hours of training either alone or with his father, he eventually learned of his affinity for water release techniques.

Throughout his time as a Chuunin he worked hard, eventually gaining the ability to manipulate the element of lightning to his liking. Cj continued to train, and also to study and gain mental power, as he believed his mind was as good a weapon as his fists. With knowing what it was like to lose in the back of his mind, he tried in every way to prepare himself for surprises and quick changes. Before long, at the ripe age of fourteen, he was entered into the Jounin exams.

Upon entrance into the Jounin exams he began to realize just how talented other people were, and learned that he wasn't the only one who was as gifted as he was. It was there that he learned of other rare and unique fighting styles and jutsu that made him work harder than ever to compete with these usually much older ninja. It was then that he had to learn to use his eyes and their ability to see chakra flow to try and predict incoming attacks and movements, and then quickly act upon it and stop them from happening.

Although he managed to make it far enough in the jounin exams to pass, he was very injured and exhausted beyond his wildest dreams. The nurses that took care of the young boy ended up inspiring him, being able to heal himself would make him even more well rounded, and would make him very desirable and much more lethal. So his training as a medic would eventually begin.

Trainee Medic Arc:

After promotion to Jounin, Cj took a break from doing missions and with approval from the higher-ups, he began to work as a trainee medic. Since Medical Ninja were very desirable, nobody had a problem teaching the young boy to heal others. With his adept chakra control he learned quickly and became a decent nurse quickly, being able to not only heal others but even heal himself.

Eventually his time as a trainee was up, the village needed him to work as a shinobi again and resume doing missions. When he learned he would be returning to his ninja way of life, he stopped by the library, picking up books on medical ninjutsu to teach himself from then on. It was from those books that he learned some of the best known medical ninjutsu, and it eventually helped him prosper as a Jounin.

Jounin Arc:

Being a mature fourteen year old Jounin, Cj was on his way to becoming a great ninja. With a high level of taijutsu and ninjutsu at his disposal, and the fact that he dabbled in the medical arts, he was all around a solid ninja. Considering he was much less than half the age of most other Jounin, he considered himself a pretty good ninja and was proud of his accomplishments so far.

At the age of fifteen, he was assigned on a mission with both his parents. This was a rare occurrence, usually a family never went out on a mission together. For some unknown reason though, they did, the three Hyuga were sent on a S ranked mission, dispatched to deal with a group of missing-nin who apparently were plotting against the village.

When they arrived at the site where the supposed ninja were, they were surprised to see nearly a dozen ninja of various skill levels and ages sitting around a table, eating and chatting away. The three Hyuga were in the trees, spying on them from a great distance with all of their Byakugan activated and watching carefully. Their plan was to attack at night, when they weren't as prepared and they would be able to hide in the darkness.

That plan didn't work out too well though, Cj's mother failed to realize there was a ninja dog that caught a glimpse of her. She believed it to be a normal dog, assuming it had no affiliation with the missing-nin and disregarded it as a threat. That would be the downfall of the family, as the dog barked manically and alerted the ninja that they were under close watch.

Some of the ninja didn't take to that information very well, and decided to seek out the Hyuga family that had been spying on them. At this point, they weren't quite sure if they were discovered yet. The three were pretty far apart, and had no way to communicate.

To make things worse, the branch on which Cj's mother was sitting snapped. She fell down, giving away her location and severely injuring her right leg in the process. The group of missing-nin all jumped at the chance to strike the injured woman, who attempted to stand but just couldn't.

Cj and his father both decided it was a desperate time, and both revealed themselves and dashed to aid their family. Cj and his father fought the many ninja who attacked them from all angles, the two worked together in unison very well, both using their gentle fist to incapacitate the enemies rather quickly. They weren't quick enough, as they both finished taking care of what they thought were the last of the ninja they turned just in time to see an arrow shoot by, piercing Cj's mother in the gut.

In a fit of rage, Cj's father used his long range taijutsu, the Eight Trigrams Mountain Crusher to decimate the enemy camp and kill the last ninja who sniped out the Hyuga woman. A young Cj couldn't stand the sight of his mother bleeding to death, he tried to use his medical skills to save her but it wasn't enough. He still wasn't skilled enough as a medic to operate quickly enough to heal all her wounds, she ended up dying shortly after being shot.

That moment traumatized the young boy, watching his mother killed in action with nothing he could do. His father was beside himself, feeling a mix of extreme anger and sorrow. Soon, he had witnessed his own father stab himself in the heart with a kunai, unable to bear his loss. This left Cj alone, and parent-less. He couldn't face the shame of going back, he didn't go back. Cj accepted the fact that he would be presumed dead considering the fact that nobody returned, and there were two dead bodies now in plain sight among many others. Nobody would have a good reason to believe the boy was alive at all.

Wanderer Arc:

Cj spent his days roaming the land, going from village to village and picking up work where he could. He trained day in and day out, working to become the best in the land to prevent any other loved ones from falling while he was around. Also, he searched for other survivors in his clan, to try and reach his parent's goal of rebuilding the clan and making it great once more.

Over the years he became known as more of a myth, the young wanderer with the weird eyes. He eventually perfected a large arsenal of jutsu of varying uses, and developed his body to be as quick as he could be. He was well past the skill of a Jounin, now in a whole different league. The Hyuga was beginning to make a name for himself, and wanted to do just that. To demonstrate the Hyuga clan's greatness, to make sure nobody forgot who not only his clan was, but who he was.

Into the Brotherhood Arc:

Wandering from place to place, the Hyuga had met many people along his travels and heard many different points of view and ideas. Along his travels though, he met one man in particular that struck him as unique, and respectable. He was starting a group called the Lotus Brotherhood, a organization of mostly wanderers that stick together like family. Their ideals and values resonated with the Hyuga and he immediately took a liking to the man and his idea, wanting to join and help the brotherhood prosper and to enforce their ideals and try to recruit others, to help them see the same way as Cj did.

A mark was placed on the right side of his neck, a small tattoo which was the mark of a Lotus. The mark was something only visible to others belonging to the group, and one could instantly tell if someone bore the symbol upon their body. This was a great chance to bring peace to the ninja world, with this idea of the brotherhood, there was hope.

Description: As a Hyuga, the Gentle Fist is the signature taijutsu style. It involves attacks that don't quite focus on external damage, but internal damage instead. Since it is impossible to train your organs, it is incredibly hard to defend against. With it you can damage organs and vital areas by attacking with chakra when coming in contact with the opponent. When combined with the Byakugan, it can be used to forcible open or close individual tenketsu and stop chakra flow completely, and render the opponent immobile.

Description: Hakke Rokujuuyonshou is a Taijutsu technique unique to the Hyuuga bloodline. Hakke Rokujuuyonshou is a special technique passed down through the main family line. When an opponent is within the clan members divination field of attack, they can quickly begin their assault. The technique allows the clan member to use the Byakugan eye to see the inner chakra coils system and estimate the location of the tenketsu. Using the Jyuuken style, they can force their chakra through their hands into the tenketsu of the opponent's body through 126 strikes. First the clan member will strike 2 times, then 4, 8, 16, 32 and summing up to 64. This damage forcibly closes 64 tenketsu, stopping the chakra flow of the opponent. The effect of this jutsu disables the opponent to use any jutsu for 3 posts.
An intelligence SC equal to the rank of this jutsu is required for it to be used to full effect, unless the user is S rank, to represent the level of training and knowledge required to hit the tenketsu without being able to see them directly.
If used without being S rank, or having an intelligence SC, the target hit has to pay double the chakra cost for all jutsu for the duration instead.

Description:  This is the seal of the Lotus Brotherhood. It confers proof that one is a brother of sister of the brotherhood. It is also required to read secret messages used around the entire world by the brotherhood. To begin, one must pass entrance examinations. From there, a clan member will sit the initiate down and start writing several symbols in specific spots on the back. After this is done, using a series of hand seals, they will merge and form into the clan's symbol and tattoo. This requires a 1,500 word count. From then on the initiate is considered a member of the brotherhood. The may not gain access to brotherhood jutsu. This marking is only about 3/4ths of an inch both wide and tall, and ban be palced on several sections of the body. On the collarbone, between the webbing of the thumb and forefinger, on the upper arm, the wrist, ankle, behind an ear, and the hip. Many places that could be easily shown to give proof. In addition, all members are able to simply tell by sight if a mark is authentic. It's automatically obvious for anyone else who is marked. Those who see another seal, assuming they are marked, will automatically be able to distinguish their name and rank, instantly. Those who do not bear the mark see only a black tattoo.
When one willingly and knowingly violates a rule of the brotherhood, this marking turns a vivid red. But has no other effect, other than telling people who see it they are in trouble. A jounin or higher can simply focus B rank chakra into the seal and turn it back to it's normal black. However once a person reaches A rank, the symbol will only reset if the current leader does this, no one's attempts will work other than the kage, and even trying will trigger their own seal.

This marking can be on new characters as well, taking up a single starting jutsu/style/poison/etc slot. It allows the reading of messages written by brotherhood members. For D rank chakra one can see written messages. For C rank chakra one can hear spoken messages, and for B rank chakra, one can see visual messages such as pictures and movies. Written messages appear, and yet anyone not marked with this seal will see nothing. The same is true for audio messages. Only a person with the seal will see or hear a message. In addition, they can place marks themselves, and, according to their rank, different types of messages may be placed.
