Appearance: Shinku, often referred to as 'The General', is a slenderly built woman with a pale complexion.With a height of 5'8 and weight of 121lbs, she doesn't look capable of swinging a large broadsword. Her eyes are yellow which appears to glow with a golden hue. Her black going pass her shoulders, with her bangs framing her face. A crown worn in a tilted manner is upon her head.

Shinku's attire consist of a lace top under a bolero jacket, the former having a white strap crossed together as detail. She also wears a torn skirt skirt which reveals part of what seems like a lace petticoat. She wears a gauntlet on her right arm, an a black ring on the middle finger of her left hand. On her waist, a belt is attached. On her legs, are thigh-high stockings which are laced together at the top on either legs. A choker with a jewel hanging from it finishes off this outfit.

Shinku also wears a second outfit that consist of a simple dress, laced over the top of her shoulder in strap and held together through a single straps of cloth. This dress has no sleeves, across her chest, just above her bust, appears to be a cross steep from the dress interwining. She's seen wearing the same thigh-high stocking as her previous outfit.

Personality: 
Her overall appearance is enough to scare people away, coupled with her cold stare. But the air of hostility and her aloofness when it comes to people, only puts the icing on top of the cake. She's a very hard person to approach, people consider her to be quite intimidating in both appearance and personality. She had been known to lash out at people for no reason, but that has since changed to only happen during fights. Shinku has also been known to threaten those who annoy her, pointing her very large sword at their very small neck. Though she wouldn't go through with the threat, it's a great way to intimidate people and get them to leave her be.

Though she may find herself annoyed with the Tetsukage, she would never dare threaten him. She's to smart to threaten a Kage, and thus will rather scowl than threaten. And that is something about Shinku that people have noted. Her intelligence is much more advanced than others of her age, and is something used often. She's very observant, easily able to identify someone mood by simply observing their face and body language. It is a technique she had picked up whilst she was a child.

She has never shown remorse or guilt for the pain and suffering she causes people, not even to her own family. Shinku has a complete disregard for right and wrong, and even disregards the wishes and feelings of others. She's manipulative, harsh, callous, and one to antagonize people. Most emotions she feigns, not truly able to feel them and thus can only fake them. Which explains how she is able to identify emotions so well.

Though considered cold, she does smile often, though not one that can be considered warm. It's more of an amused smile than one of happiness. 'The Smiling Monster' is a title she had gained because she smiled whilst she killed. Shinku has learned to control her anger so that it explodes during combat, but sometimes she lashes out when pushed over the edge of annoyance. When answering questions that have an obvious answer, she answers it in a sarcastic tone. Rather this be out of annoyance, or something else, expect the tone to be very sarcastic.

Combat wise, any anger that has been saved is released. Though many would believe her judgement impaired by the anger, she's still able to think clearly. Shinku stays on top of the enemy as she swings her large sword, never wanting to give them time to react. If she can't stay on top of them, she formulates another plan and chooses to use her signature move.

Lastly, Shinku is very ambitious, and is even working on a stronger version of her signature move, Railgun.

History: 

Shinku was born into the Kurogane clan, youngest out of three children. She was destined to become a great Shinobi, her father would be sure of that. Like her siblings, she was subjected to harsh training regimen at a very young age. These harsh regimen has shaped her into the Shinobi she currently is, but didn't help shape her personality.

Shinku seemed to have been born an antagonist, though Anti-social personality disorder would do that to a child like herself. She realized from a young age that she was far different than her peers, and thus studied the facial features of many people, and even their body language. But she had no desire to conform herself to social etiquettes just because people would see her weird otherwise.

Whilst in the academy, Shinku was known to lash out at her classmates when annoyed, and she was annoyed frequently with them. There was a many people sent to the hospital because they invoked the wrath of Shinku, but they soon learned to leave her alone. Her stay could be considered lonely, not having friends since she intimidated many of the children, but she never could bring up the emotions to care.

She graduated top of her class at 12, and became a Genin. Whilst a Genin, she was placed onto a team with people who annoyed her the most. But no violence was ever done to them whilst in the presence of their sensei. Though that couldn't be the same for when they weren't around their sensei. Shinku continued training with her father, along with having her sensei train her. She had often found herself tired from the amount of training she was subjected to, but got use to it.

Chunin exams arrived soon enough for Shinku and her team. Everyone was excited, though for different reasons. The two boys thought they would become Chunin, but they never would. One had died during the exams, whilst one was to crippled to ever be a Shinobi again. Thus she was the only one to become Chunin on the team.

Shinku hadn't been Chunin for very long, being fourteen when she ranked up to Jounin. But during her time as Chunin, she went on many missions and developed her signature jutsu, which she is named after. Her Jounin years were the same as her Chunin years, though people started to refer to her as the General, rather than Shinku. And it's a name Shinku herself likes and uses. Of course going by the timeline, Shinku remained Jounin for two years before becoming the personal bodyguard of the Tetsukage.

She hadn't offered her services, rather she was forced into the position. But she does her job with pride, and takes it seriously.

This looks good to go for the most part, 20 jutsu, all of them look fine, due to them being pretty much this sites approved version on canon techs, and other already approved techs. For now, this is good to go, approved.

Now I do apologize, but this needs mentioned. There were several edits over chat and such, and after all of them I failed to noticed that your chakra cost reduction SC fails to mention which school of jutsu it is for. You can't universally reduce chakra costs, it must be fore 1 spec, such as ninjutsu. I seem to have missed that. easy and fast fix.
