| Mission Name: Clearing the Wastes II: The Finale Mission Type: Privateer Mission Rank: S (Minimum B-Rank to participate.) Mission Reward: 50 PAC Mission Description: Minimum 2 participants. Minimum 2 NPC players to (1) Play the aides, (2) Play the Scorpions After the successful completion of Clearing the Wastes: Intense Spar-Hunt, the faithful contracted employees will find themselves with a new challenge ahead of them. As they had easily eradicated the threat on the border of the village, the true source lies deep within the sands. Entrusted with the duty of completely eliminating the Scorpion threat from the deserts, the duo are assigned two aides in their quest to kill every last one. Upon reaching the entrance to a large underground cavern, the team of four will enter and find themselves confronted with the first wave of Scorpions defending the nest. There will be five D-Ranked scorpions, five C-Ranked scorpions, and two B-Ranked scorpions in the first wave of attackers. The cavern the battle takes place in is massive and very hard, preventing the scorpions from digging like they naturally can in the sands. However, this does not stop the use of Earth Release. After these scorpions are defeated, the second wave will begin. The last five D-Ranked and C-Ranked Scorpions will emerge with an additional two B-Ranked scorpions in order to attempt to drive off the incoming attackers. Once this wave is eliminated, the final wave will come out from the very depths of the earth. In finale, the final two B-Ranked scorpions (The stronger variations that are a duo) and the 'Boss' Scorpion (A-Rank) will emerge. The players and the NPC must then fight it out to the last breath against this magnificent beast in order to receive their reward. If both of the aide NPCs survive the entirety of the conflict, add 10 PAC to the Mission Reward. If only one survives, add 5 PAC. If none survive, the players will receive the regular mission reward. Should the group decide to retreat, the mission will have to be restarted. - NPC Mission Aides:

Name: Koiko Minamoto Age: 16 Rank: B Specialties: Primary: Ninjutsu Secondary: Kenjutsu [Naginata Main, Kusarigama Minor] Elements: Primary: Raiton Secondary: Suiton Personality: Koiko is the quick-thinking individual of the duo. He was always the one to do some of the strategizing before the battle, and often times his assumptions are correct and lead to victories. Once in his life he was credited for having brains like an age-old Nara, capable of dictating the fate of a battlefield without being on it. However, he does enjoy being on the battlefield, and that is where he gets his experience. Appearance: Koiko stands at approximately five foot eight and weighs around one hundred and seventy five pounds. He's a bit thin, this trait allowing him to easily manipulate his favorite weapons: the Naginata and the Kusarigama. They are positioned on special holsters, the former being on his back and the latter being at his waist. He has bandages around his shins and forearms, as well as gloves on his hands for better grips. He wears a standard flak jacket, a plain shirt, sweatpants, and full-footed sandals. He has medium-length black hair and fair skin. History: Koiko was one of the many migrants that came to Sunagakure to offer his work to the people and especially the Kage. He recently found himself in the business of accepting privateer contracts and working to make money based on things that the people need done. Even if it's very mundane tasks, he does his best to utilize his knowledge of tools to get the job done. Jutsu/Items:
Name: Naginata Appearance: A basic naginata. There are no special aesthetic designs to the weapon. Rank: B Range: 2m Special Abilities: By paying an upkeep of D-Rank chakra every post, Koiko can conduct raiton chakra through his Naginata's blade, increasing its cutting power by one rank. Should this lightning-inducted blade be introduced to a source of water, it will electrify the water and deal B-Rank raiton damage to the target due to the enhanced surge from water. Descriptions: The blade has nothing special about it other than its ability to easily conduct Koiko's chakra for offensive maneuvers. Origin: Purchased at a shop.
Name: Kusarigama Appearance: A basic kama and chain. There are no special aesthetic changes to the weapon. Rank: C Range: 0.5m without chain, 8m with chain Special Abilities: By paying C-Rank chakra, Koiko can conduct raiton chakra into his kama and then spin vioently while holding the chain. As the kama spins around him, it will easily cut through multitudes of enemies for the duration of his post due to the lightning enhancing the effectiveness of the blade. Descriptions: The blade has nothing special other than its ability to easily conduct Koiko's chakra. Origin: Purchased at a shop.
Name: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu - Water Clone Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Water Range: 15 M Away from Main Body [Diameter] Clan: N/A Description:
The user of this jutsu must create this clone form a source of water. Once the clone is made it has a limited distance that it can travel from the main body of the user. This clone, can take up to one hit from a fire jutsu higher than it, it can only take one direct hit from a taijutsu attack, and once it has taken those hits it will revert to its natural state of water. It can interact with the world physically sense it is made of a physical property rather than being some type of chakra/spectral image like a regular bunshin.
Name: Mizuame Nabara - Starch Syrup Capture Field Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: 10 meters in each direction Element: Suiton Description: Suiton • Mizuame Nabara is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, Izumo will expel a sticky liquid from his gullet. This liquid can cover approximately 20 square meters. If the target runs on top of the liquid, their feet will become glued to its sticky surface. If the ninja focuses chakra to their feet before touching the surface, they can hover above and move over it without hindrance. This allows Izumo or a comrade to charge and attack without fear of becoming bogged down as well.

Name: Umi Kojiko Specialties: Primary: Ninjutsu Secondary: Bukijutu Elements: Primary: Katon Secondary: Doton Personality: Umi is the more outgoing individual out of the duo. He eneded up working with Koiko due to their opposite personalities working together almost flawlessly. Koiko would be able to handle battle strategy and inform Umi of the right decisions to make while he dished out a great deal of damage on the battlefield. Appearance: Umi stands around the same height as his partner, giving him some of the same mobility benefits. He's very nimble due to specializing in full Bukijutsu rather than simply Kenjutsu like his partner. Aside from this, he wears a standard flak jacket, black sandals, sweatpants, and a plain shirt. He has shoulder length brown hair and fair skin. History: Much like Koiko, Umi was one of the many migrants that came to Sunagakure from Kitai in order to start a new life. He's been discovering his potential over the past months, and plants to continue doing so over the coming months ahead. In fact, he's picked up a particular contract which he will be participating in very soon... Jutsu/Items:
Name: Versatility Tanto Appearance: Tanto with a very special curve in the blade, making them ideal for throwing and use in close combat. Rank: D Range: 1ft melee; 20m thrown Special Abilities: These blades are created specially for their ability to be thrown. Upon performing this act, their cutting and piercing power increases to that of a C-Rank technique, giving them an extra edge in mid range combat. Descriptions: Basic tanto with a special kick. Will spin violently when thrown, making them hard to catch. Origin: Umi has a large supply of these tanto which he can easily access through the use of the basic sealing technique, something everyone knows, including NPCs. His at-home depot consists of enough to last him through this mission should he continuously summon them. (By using the Generic Sealing Technique and paying E-Rank chakra, Umi can summon a single Versatility Tanto from his personal stock.)
Name: Domu - Earth Spear Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Range: Body Element: Doton Description: Doton • Domu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by a ninja. After forming the needed Snake handseal, a ninja will harden his/her body using the Earth Element. This provides greater defense against attack and will also strengthen his/her arm to increase his striking ability. Like other Doton based jutsu, it is weak against Raiton attacks. This jutsu will block all impact from Non-chakra based weapons and attacks and reduces damage from jutsu and chakra based weapon attacks up to its rank by 50%
Name: Earth Release: Moving Earth Core Rank: C-rank (Within 17m area), B-rank (24m area) Type: Supplementary Element: Earth Release Range: Short-to-Long Range (refer to Rank) Description: This technique grants the user the ability to lower or raise the ground in the surrounding area, allowing them to create holes or elevations in the ground. The size of the affected area as well as the depths that it is lowered or raised to is also up to the user. With precise timing, this technique can be used to evade incoming attacks, as well as to endanger opponents by moving them into the path of an oncoming attack reducing their reaction time as well as knocking them off balance, making it even harder to avoid the attack. Other than being moved below or above ground — relative to the surrounding surface — the terrain is not altered as plant life and people retain their same positions when this technique is used.
Name: Goukakyuu no Jutsu - Great Fireball Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: 5-10 meters Element: Katon Description: Katon • Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.
Name: Karyuu Endan - Fire Dragon Flame Projectile Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Range: 20 meters Element: Katon Description: Katon • Karyuu Endan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals and the proceeds to blow a large jet of fire from their mouth.
Name: Gouryuuka no Jutsu - Great Dragon Fire Technique Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Range: 25 meters Element: Katon Description: Katon • Gouryuuka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja will expel dragon head fireballs at their opponent. These powerful fireballs can punch through concrete.

Name: Scorpion Hatchling Species: Scorpion Type: Arachnid Rank: D Elements: N/A Relation: N/A Physical Traits: Weak body armor that can easily be broken from D-Rank strikes. Will withstand E-Rank strikes up to a few before easily being broken. Stingers are only about as sharp as kunai and do not leak venom. Description: Stands about 1.5m in height from ground to raised stinger, 1m in length and 1m in width. Completely white.
- C-Ranked Scorpions:
Name: Scorpion Adolescent Species: Scorpion Type: Arachnid Rank: C Elements: N/A Relation: N/A Physical Traits: The matured scorpion now has body armor that can easily withstand multiple D-Rank strikes until it breaks. However, C-Rank and higher strikes or techniques will easily break it and possible go straight through it. Description: Stands about 2.5m in height, 2m in length, and 2m in width. The armor has dulled to a beige color, instead of the newly hatched white.
- B-Ranked Scorpions:
Name: Scorpion Adult Species: Scorpion Type: Arachnid Rank: B Elements: N/A Relation: N/A Physical Traits: Strong body armor from the full maturation of the scorpion. Capable of easily withstanding C-Rank strikes and techniques. Is susceptible to exceptionally piercing attacks, and is weak to fire. B-Rank techniques could tear through its armor more quickly and possibly kill it. The stinger is as sharp as a C-Rank weapon and the injection of its venom will cause difficulty breathing for two posts. Can be stacked once to make a maximum of four. Does not stack with other venom. Description: Stands about 4m in height from ground to raised stinger, 4m in length, and 4m in width. The armor has become a mixture of beige and tan. The underbelly of the scorpion is now armored, but is susceptible to D-Rank strikes.
Name: Scorpion Queensguard Species: Scorpion Type: Arachnid Rank: B Elements: N/A Relation: N/A Physical Traits: The armor of this scorpion is its main ability, it being a solid B-Rank defense. It would require two C-Rank techniques or one well-placed B-Rank technique in order to successfully rupture the armor on any point of the body, and then a further strike in order to actually harm the creature. Its venom will cause a numbing sensation in the arms and legs for one post if stung. Does not stack. Description: Stands about 5m in height from ground to raised stinger, 4.5m in length, and 4.5m in width. It is a lighter brown color rather than a beige, showing the different role it has in the den. Only appears with the Queen.
- A-Ranked Scorpion:
Name: Scorpion Queen Species: Scorpion Type: Arachnid Rank: A Elements: Doton, Suiton Relation: N/A Physical Traits: Strong A-Rank armor all around the entirety of the Queen protects her from attacks. It requires two B-Rank strikes or techniques to break, or four C-Rank techniques or strikes. Each of her legs requires a C-Rank technique in order to break the armor off of it. The main body requires the aforementioned strikes in order to break off larger chunks and expose weak points. If the stinger strikes you, the body will be numbed entirely for one post. Does not stack. The stinger has the piercing power of a B-Rank technique. Description: Stands about 8m in height, from ground to raised stinger. 7m in length, and 7m in width, making this a huge beast compared to the average man. The entire body is a darker beige, signifying the different roles it plays in the den. The Queen is susceptible to compressed katon techniques, as they would do one rank higher damage to her.
Techniques: The Queen has a 50% chakra pool to use techniques from. By paying 10% chakra, the Queen can spawn ten larvae that will release 10 D-Rank Scorpions after the duration of a single post should they not be destroyed sooner. By paying 20% chakra, the Queen can spew a corrosive venom from its stinger a distance of 15m in an attempt to harm an attacker. It is a C-Ranked corrosive liquid, meaning that it will have serious burns on the skin and may harm armor. If the Queen reaches 0% chakra, she will not suffer any fatigue effects nor will she die or pass out.
