Origin: This long training was done by her using various weights and using them to wear around in her daily life. The weights are all over her body. She used a vest jacket that is thin and has various slim pockets for increased weight. Under her is legging that are extremely heavy and weighs around 50 pounds. This entire suit can top out into extreme levels of weight if need to a max of 160 pounds. The reason the weight can get so high is due to the weight is distributed across the body and making it capable of not being a burden after using.
