Their have been reports of dangerous vermin inhabiting the sewers and underbelly of Kitai whilst they do not pose a huge threat it was decided that it was best to remove them before they grew to numerous. As such Genin have been recruited to cull the numbers and gain valuable, if limited, combat experience.
