Noob with questions

Alright, so I'm pretty much completely new here. And I have a few questions before I started making a character. I apologize if all of this is already answered, but there's just so many rules and stuff to keep up with I'm having a really hard time. @_@

1) I thought about making a clan and my character being a part of it, but I have to know 4 other people who will make characters for the clan before I'm allowed to make the clan?

1.B) But a clan has to be accepted before I (we) can make characters for it, right? How do I make a character for a clan that has to be accepted before I make it, and/or how do I make a clan if there already has to be... 5 characters for it? (I must be misunderstanding something in a MAJOR way xD )

1.C) And assuming there are five people who make characters, does that mean that the clan is immediately closed upon being made and accepted? (I assume that since I keep seeing the (0/5, 1/5, 3/5, 5/5 slots on the clans).


2) If I want my character to have original styles and/or jutsu, can I apply for those on my app or do I have to get them approved first?

3) There's apparently special rules on some of the basic/academy jutsu, but I can't find them anywhere. Someone have a link?

1) You can start the app for the clan but it wont be approved till you have 5 members. But do note that a clan is different than a bloodline. A bloodline is what gives you a KKG as some clans let you have any Bloodline while other clans want you to have a specific bloodline.

2) You can make your character and create the clan in character by rping it and finding people through rp. Or you can just find members and make the clan. So you can make a character without the clan to start and then make the clan in rp, or just jump into it.

3) I think you are talking about a bloodline instead of a clan. Things like the Uchiha and Hyuuga are not clans but bloodlines. And if you make a bloodline you can decide how many people are allowed in it or if people can even join it. While clans are not closed at a number unless they get to big and have no competition

4) You can apply for those on you app.

5) Link And the rules you might be speaking of is that these jutsu are free. On your starting app you only can start with a combination of 10 jutsu/weapons (can be 9 jutsu 1 weapon or even 10 jutsu or 10 wepons, just as long as you dont have more then 10. And basic weapons don't count either this being kunai, senbon, explosive tags things like that.

As for the whole Q1 I can give one answer: You can make bloodline/KKG (sharingan), granting you special abilities. To have a Clan (Uchiha) you must of course have at least a couple of people, since that is what clan consists of. By time, people may use your KKG, you may gather these people into a clan. You can also just make a clan that doesn't care about the blood in your veins (Fūma), but unites people in another way.

Q3: HERE is one for the henge, if that's what you mean? I think the most restrictions are written in the jutsu description
