Another night in Donburi District. There were lights shining and people gathering for the party life. It was midnight on Friday during the night of a full moon.Soundbyte was wearing his disguise that consisted of his mask and a hood. This hood was plainly adorned with a silver zipper and seemingly pointless silver beaded pull strings for the hood that form a semi-circle in the middle where the nearly-invisible mask was placed.
He was also wearing his melody arms as well as his chakra enhancing guitar that was placed on his back. Many people were gathered around a fountain where there were many multi-colored lights shining on the brick wall behind it like a Christmas tree. Brandon decided to hang out with the crowd and play some music for them while in disguise.
So, removing the strap from around his torso, Brandon began to play his guitar. The melody caused a large crowd to gather with the sound of the music. The teen was playing a song that attracted many in the area to listen to.
It was a soothing melody that was being enjoyed by all who approached while Soundbyte strummed the strings. The rhythm being played was fretted harmonics. Basically, it was where an individual was able to fret a certain note with his left hand, while being able to place the finger of his right hand on the string in a spot where everyone would hear a nice harmonic while he then picked the string.

Kye was under his curse once again. He strolled through the night as the hours passed. He looked at two town folk who were out and about. They looked at him and terror rose to their faces. The sight that they had just beheld was scary. They saw a man shrouded in a black aura his eyes were bloodshot and he was smiling. But it wasn't Kye's ultimate attraction smile, it was something else. Something insane something that made him look as if he was going to kill them. Instead he turned towards them and pointed his arm out at them. A dark plume shot out of Kye's hand. They tried to scream but it was too late the plume had enveloped them both of them with the same jutsu. Kye was satisfied he made back the same amount of chakra that he spent.
Kye wandered the night performing the same deed on everyone he saw. He would once and a while show signs of resistance, as if he was fighting his darker half inside of himself. Kye grunted and started walking to what seemed to be like his next prey. Then it happened Kye heard something that he liked but he was too impatient and angry to even listen through a single minute of it. Kye looked around to find where the music was coming from.
Kye walked toward these sounds the people he encountered on the way recieved no special treatment. He would pass by people and make purposeful noise just to attract attention. The people would come to him because of the natural human curiosity. Once they were in range Kye would launch his jutsu every time casting it he would always hit two people at once to make back his chakra that he was using up yet again.It would seem as if by the time he found the source of the noise his dark Meiton Aura would be visible to almost anyone. Kye was looking around but then It happened he found what was making the music. It seemed to be one guy. He was playing a guitar.
The Guitar playing man was surrounded by people who seemed to be attracted to their music. Like moths to a flame they wandered until they got to him then hey would just circle around him. Kye who simply saw the people as a roadblock to something better, looked at them his smile would pierce through the crowd. His aura was squirming about and he was simply glaring at them. His smile itself made some people feel like a murderer walked their streets so they ran. They ran in fear it was probably the most wise of decisions.
There in front of him now only remained two people and the young Guitarist. Kye's patience sided he couldn't simply stand there anymore. He snapped he wasn't fighting back any more. The look in his eyes changed from rage to just madness. He laughed but it wasn't normal Kye was known for his charming abilities and he wouldn't ever do this unless under a full moon. His laugh was maniacal and the last two people other than the guitarist were terrified by it. Kye didn't care for the music anymore it was what had attracted him but now he wanted to do some damage.
His main target was the Guitarist boy. Kye didn't really understand why he wanted to harm the creator of such music but he did. Also the simple fact that he couldn't figure it out frustrated him and made him wanna hurt the boy even more. Kye threw one Shuriken. He was dressed in his black Jounin uniform but his Aura would be covering almost everything on his body. The aura simply leaves a dark coloring around him. It is see through but it would be like looking through sunglasses, with it being night and all Kye knew that being seen would be hard.
The shuriken would fly at the poor civilians who probably should have ran with the others. Then Kye activated a Jutsu. The Shuriken burst into a rather large Lightning release style Shuriken. The shuriken would hum as it made its way towards the two civilians and the Guitarist who happened to be behind them. The two villagers jumped to the side to avoid the Shuriken but then despite their efforts, they couldn't escape the jutsu once it had exploded into 50 smaller lightning based shuriken. Its shotgun shaped formation had made it hard for them to dodge actually it was so close that the only person who could have had time to react was the guitarist.
The extra shuriken hit the ground ans kicked up dust. Kye stood by he heard the screams of those two villagers he knew they were hit but alive. Kye couldn't see the guitarist though so he decided to wait on the outside of the cloud of dust that had formed. Kye looked at it waiting which was hard for him but he seemed to be doing fine. Its 5:30 he thought to himself. The sun usually comes up at 6:00 in Kitai. He had a full 30 minutes before his rage would end. The full moons curse had him and he was ready to comply to his feelings on the inside but only if that meant he was able to return to normal afterwards.
Jutsu used:
Name: Lightning shuriken barrage Rank: b-rank Type: ninjutsu Element: raiton Range: 35 feet max Clan: N/A Description: This technique uses the jutsu "lightning shuriken" It is the same jutsu all around the only difference is that the jutsu is being performed on a different scale. Since the jutsu only had a strait line range somebody made a way where it's range would suddenly expand widely on command. This jutsu needs one hand sign. The jutsu is performed in a certain general direction but on command the shuriken will burst into a group of smaller raiton shurikens spread in a wide shotgun formation. The maximum amount of shuriken can spew out of this explosion is 52 shuriken in total although most of them will only be a case of raiton chakra shaped as a shuriken.

This jutsu is a regular shuriken encased with raiton chakra multiple times until it has a six feet radius. The only perpose of this jutsu is a obvious attack and unless there are special conditions can only move in a strait line. Special conditions consist of things like another disturbance of chakra like a jutsu of equal rank. If this jutsu hits the opponent they will go though a one post paralysis and a sharp stabbing-like pain on the damaged area.

He looses his everlasting patience and becomes a "Evil" Person who is ruthless and cares not for his own safety. This allows him to rush into battle without fear of anything happening to him. He will slap a sword to the side with his hand without giving second thoughts on the subject. His actions are still well placed but he simply cares not for the safety of him or his opponent, he also tends to have the smile of a maniac filled with a psychotic madness. This simply gives him the advantage and disadvantage of not feeling fear of anything.

This song played through the course of the night. Many people gathered over the large period of time to listen to the street performer. Before he even knew it; over five hours of nonstop music playing had occurred!!! The crowd consisted of those who enjoyed the nightlife in Kitai. Many came and went as the music continued and some of them even pulled out lighters while swaying back and forth to the rhythm of the music.
Suddenly, as Brandon's feet were planted firmly on the ground, his seismic sense detected somebody approach and scare away the majority of the crowd. Only two remained along with Brandon himself as a man with sunglasses and a creepy smile stood there. Brandon immediately stopped playing his guitar. This stranger was the first to let off a creepy aura all night and Brandon didn't like it one bit. Brandon's eyes were focused on the man, the full moon providing enough light to see things clearly as the man then threw one shuriken.
Soundbyte reacted instantaneously to this by jumping up on the brick wall next to the fountain while performing single hand seals with his right hand and holding his guitar in his left. Suddenly, the man activated a jutsu and created a loud Humming sound from the shuriken as a result of lightning chakra. The Shuriken had burst into a rather large Lightning release style Shuriken. What happened next occurred by mere chance; the two villagers jumped to the side to avoid the Shuriken but then despite their efforts, they couldn't escape the jutsu once it had exploded into 50 smaller lightning based shuriken at the same instant Soundbyte's jutsu activated.
The explosion of shuriken and humming of an electric current caused an auditory discharge aimed 180° away from Brandon and directed towards the stranger who threw the shuriken in the first place. If the man were to hear the sound of his own high-pitched technique; it would cause his eardrums to suddenly ache while also causing him to become temporarily deaf. The shuriken continued towards Brandon, whom was now standing on the brick wall. He immediately jumped up and out of the way of each shuriken as they effortlessly cut through the wall. A cloud of dust and steam arose from the fountain and destroyed brick wall as the airborne Shinobi threw a kunai with a paper tag attached to it at the back of the man's head and then landed on the rooftop of a vacant building.
The hooded warrior didn't take his eyes off of the man whom had just attacked him while holding his guitar firmly in his hand. He didn't know who this madman was and didn't care to find out. He only knew that he had to stop him. If his attack hit, the man would be deafened and he would have the opportunity to strike.
Jutsu Used:
Name: Auditory Discharge Rank: C-Rank Type: Ninjutsu Element: Sound Range: 20 meters Clan/Bloodline: Sound Release Description: Upon learning further about their abilities; those with this bloodline soon learn how to create an ultra low frequency discharge, which they can aim in a 180 degree direction in order to injure or incapacitate an opponent with a sonic blast. This sound frequency can be manipulated from the smallest noise such as a raindrop hitting the floor to a loud crackle of thunder in the sky. The louder the noise, the more affective this attack will be. At very close range, a high pitched noise can cause an opponent's eardrums ache and become temporarily deaf for 1 post. A low pitched frequency would be able to knock the opponent off balance for 1 post by damaging the receptors in the ears that account for the sense of balance.

This allows for a 360 degree field of vision, outside of normal line-of-sight. Kye watched the man jump off the now destroyed wall. Kye didn't notice at first but the man had launched a jutsu that deafened him. Kye wasn't fazed at first, he quickly caught on to where his opponent was and saw a kunai coming his way. It seemed as if it was aimed for Kye's upper body judging by how much it traveled after Kye had dodged it by leaning backward into a back flip the Kunai flying barely above his body as it passed him. The Kunai traveled all the way to where the two civilians lay'd paralyzed which was exactly 8 feet away from Kye now. Once in the ground Kye noticed something a little too late, there was a paper bomb attached to the kunai. The seal itself was about a centimeter from being burned away which would cause the explosion.
"That was splendid." Kye would think to himself as he maneuvered out of the explosive devises range. The masked man who still stood on the roof simply watched as his plan was working itself out. Kye was sure the man would suspect his jutsu failed. Even though Kye was actually going through aching pains in his ear that started about two minutes after he realized he was deaf.
Kye looked at the man, He was impressed actually. Kye thought about what the man had done, "He launched some sort of genjuttsu or ninjutsu to render me deaf and cause me pain. Even though that was just the distraction for a paper bomb attack. Even though I was able to get away from the explosion I've been rendered deaf and that is bad." Kye thought to himself. Kye didn't have a plan his curse was to thank for that, he jumped at the man.
Then as he propelled his body towards the roof Kye would point his arm out towards the guitarist who probably didn't even expect Kye to be anywhere near as fast as he was. His jutsu was executed once Kye was within 4.5 feet of the man. He was about a forearm out of the mans reach when Kye let the jutsu take effect. If hit the man would take no damage but the electrical charges passing through his body's natural nerve system should be enough to paralyze him temporarily.
Kye, only if he was sure his technique hit giving him enough time would launch a second jutsu. Kye did no handsigns. Instead he (who was now standing on the same roof as the man) simply grunted and let his emotions show on his face. A lightning based chakra would cover his body it made no sound not that Kye would be able to hear it anyway. Kye had activated his Lightning release cloak. Kye would then dash back as his madness began to take control of his facial expression again. His face was simply screaming rage. His eyes were still blood shot but now his pupils had shrunk as if he was an animal. His smile would scare away a grown man who had an overload of testosterone. His aura was running wild he was still shrouded in the dark amorphous Chakra. Kye now stood 6 feet away from the man on the same roof which was only 9 feet off of the ground itself.

The technique speeds up neural synapses to react faster, and to push physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing for The user to gain a tremendous 15% percent increase to both speed and strength. The armor also increases the user's defenses, drastically reducing, if not completely negating, damage from incoming Raiton Attacks of D-rank and below. A chakra cost of B-rank every three posts is needed to keep the Jutsu activated.
Name: Thunder Snap Rank: D-B-Rank Type: Ninjutsu Element: Raiton Range: D-rank: 5 feet, C-rank: 10 feet, B-rank: 20 feet Clan: N/A Description: The user Points his/Her index Finger and sends raiton based chakra in the form of a stream of light at the opponent. Once the jutsu reaches it's destination the user will snap his/her fingers and the furthest end of the stream of light will implode into a wave of electricity that would be sent through the opponent or opponents body. The wave will cause one post of paralysis. Even though this Jutsu causes no pain to the user the post can be used for a clean get away or simply to stop the violence. The jutsu does not gain different effects from rank, the only difference is the range. The wave itself can travel a total of half the total range of the jutsu.

Soundbyte watched as the man weaved back in order to maneuver the kunai successfully. "Hmph!" Brandon huffed while quickly strapping the guitar on his back once again. This way his hands would be free to use his Taijutsu in case he needed it. As soon as the guitar was placed on his back, the paper bomb detonated and killed the two civilians who were stunned by the man's earlier attacks. Brandon had acted on instinct alone and it cost those poor people their lives. He knew he had to be more tactical if he were to cause minimal damage to the city. If anything, he could blame their deaths on this man. The witnesses from before would most likely vouch for him.
Something seemed off about this man, he wasn't really giving off any signs that he was affected by the discharge of sound as he maneuvered out of the range of the explosion. Brandon was sure he wasn't deaf due to the fact that the man had approached while he was playing music. Soundbyte pondered this while looking at the man and not taking his eyes off of him.
The man suddenly propelled his body towards the roof at high speed. This was surprising, the man was very swift. However, he wasn't the only one who reacted from instinct. The instant the man moved, Brandon instantaneously activated his first Gate without the need of hand seals. The man had already begun to extend his arm upon jumping towards the roof.
A blue bolt of lightning left the man's finger and hurled towards Brandon's location. Without a moment's thought, warning, or hesitation Soundbyte reacted by decreasing the air resistance around his body while thrusting both hands forward in front of himself in a defensive movement in order to block the lightning strike a mere nanosecond before it would've hit him at point-blank range. This caused his feet (as well as the rest of his body) to skid back to the other edge of the rooftop due to the sheer amount of force used in this jutsu at such a close range.
Unknown to his opponent, along with his outfit; Soundbyte also wears a pair of arm braces with gloves with one layer of pitch-black steel with another layer of rubber-based material connected to the inside of them, preventing electricity from conducting and shocking him. They take the shape of his hands with sharp finger tips and appear to be leather, but on feel and effectiveness, were pure steel on the outer-layer.
Soundbyte reacted so quickly that he had successfully blocked the bolt of lightning by placing both hands with the palms facing outward with his right hand in front of the left with the fingers going in opposite directions. The bolt of lightning connected and began to surge through the outer layer of the melody arms without actually conducting to the rest of his body. Soundbyte then brought both his hands down to his side rapidly and threw the electrical current of the lightning bolt behind him, onto the ground off the edge of the rooftop.
The man suddenly activated some sort of lightning release cloak. Charging the man at full speed, Soundbyte rushed him with his newfound speed and strength from the Gate he had just activated. He knew he couldn't waste this opportunity of power he now possessed. Using his advanced agility to decrease the air resistance around his entire body while at the same time being able to increase the movements through a powerful wind current behind him; he could use this to attack and strike the man while using his Gate speed and strength to increase the velocity and power of his strikes. Soundbyte attacked with a fluid combination of swift punches aimed for the man's upper body (mainly his face and torso). However, with every attack Soundbyte initiated, he was also prepared for a block or counterattack from the reaction of the man.

Name: Kaimon - Initial Gate Rank: B-Rank Type: Taijutsu Element: N/A Range: Self Description: Located behind the left eye, the Initial gate is the first of the eight celestial gates. This gate is usually broken in order to perform a needed devastating attack or for a self boost to get out of a sticky situation; keeping this gate unlocked for an extended period of time puts a lot of strain on the muscles. This technique increases the speed and strength of the user by 25%. Effect lasts for three posts unless another gate is used, then timer is reset. When timer is out, user suffers muscle fatigue and their bodies will be slowed 25% for two posts.
Name: Enhanced Agility Rank: C-Rank Type: Taijutsu Element: Wind Range: N/A Clan: N/A Description: This helps the user enhance their movement in battle; they can run swiftly by decreasing air resistance around them and even sprint across or run up vertical surfaces by generating a wind current behind themselves to propel them forward. Soran has been shown using this to run faster than an average human his Rank and maintain this for very long periods, allowing him to travel long distances without jumping through trees. When used by a skilled user, this technique can enable the person using it to travel at a speed almost too swift for the naked eye to be able to see properly. This increases the user's agility by 10%

I stated wearing these medoly arms earlier in the topic. I didn't post anything in a spoiler because I didn't use the hidden blades or sound abilities. I merely used them to block an attack. They don't 'absorb' lightning chakra. The inner layer is made from rubber. Rubber doesn't conduct electricity. That isn't a special ability, that is basic science -_-

Protip the steel would make your arms bake. If you want anything but cloth you're gonna have to make it, those type of gauntlets would be d rank but honestly I'd remake them if I were you. The steel would melt the rubber and your arm. Rubber and something hard like boiled leather or wood work work a lot better. That said chakra and lighting at high enough levels would go through rubber no prob

Kye, who was still raging over the effects of the full moon watched as his opponent was struck with the stream of light launched forward earlier in the fight. Kye now stood there in his lightning release cloak. "Look at you now! You thought you were so talented and strong!". Kye's hearing had returned and he was able to speak without deafness making him slur. He walked over to the man who was very conscious but unable to move. Kye now standing over him would say "The jutsu I used doesn't cause pain but it does give me an opening. An opening I can use to destroy you. I wont though, you see even while I may feel the urge to hurt you which I will do, If I actually killed you I wouldn't have the fun of killing you on another night of full moon. Heh! to think how differently things couldn't gone if this moon didn't curse me the way it does."
Kye then Smiled down upon the man revealing his Kind heart'd smile that made the people of Kitai love him even if he went on a full moon rampage every month. He then would change from a controlled nicer looking Kye back to he maniacal man his opponent was just fighting. Kye's face twisted back into the evil look he had on his face earlier, except this time he held a smile that would quite honestly scare the opponent.
Kye would then say "See ya!" before jumping into the air now 27 feet above the man in lightning armor, Kye would put all the weight he could into his feet and calf muscles. Then Kye would fall towards the man who lay'd there paralyzed. Kye landed onto the mad with great power and speed. The impact could have cracked ribs and definitively caused the man to lose his breath. The man could even have fallen unconscious if the move hit the correct locations. Kye had done a flying chest stomp landing directly onto the mans upper rib cage.
Kye still standing on the man would watch his opponents face which should have been filled with pain. Kye stepped off of the man seeing that the paralysis the man had been put into would end soon. " Your ribs probably have some bone fractures Kye would say. The sun was rising in he distance Kye was starting to control his emotions again. "Hey listen I'm sorry you had to go through that" Kye would then Explain his mysterious reaction to the full moons moonlight. "This is not something a lot of people know but Im always trying to fix errors I create while under this curse."
"Hey if you let me help you Ill take you to this hospital here in Kitai, then afterward we could get some waffles if thats ok with you. I know it would be kinda hard for you to even begin to like me because of what I did but I sincerely apologize and wish to remind you that these actions were of rage and uncontrollable anger." Kye would then extend his hand towards the man who was still laying on the floor, the paralysis should ware off as this happened. "Im Kye...Kye Kento Im a jounin here at Kitai as you may have noticed by my combat ability." Kye was waiting for the man to reach out his arm in return to Kye's so Kye could help the man up. He would then wait for the mans reply and hope he would understand Kye.

Brandon's arms had risen up as he was then shot in the chest with lightning, which knocked is body back. He didn't feel any pain, but his body was paralyzed and he was unable to move. The man now stood over him in his lightning release cloak. "Look at you now! You thought you were so talented and strong!" Brandon gridded his teeth under his mask. He hadn't provoked this man to attack him in the slightest, unless his music somehow offended him. Brandon was still extremely tired from performing for five hours straight with no sleep. This was likely the cause of his low reaction time.
The man continued to speak while Brandon was unable to move. "The jutsu I used doesn't cause pain but it does give me an opening. An opening I can use to destroy you. I wont though, you see even while I may feel the urge to hurt you which I will do, If I actually killed you I wouldn't have the fun of killing you on another night of full moon. Heh! to think how differently things couldn't gone if this moon didn't curse me the way it does."
What was this man talking about? Did he have some sort of unnatural connection with the full moon? It was said that the full moon affected how people think and feel on the planet. However, this was the first instant that Brandon ever experienced it. Could this attack on his life be involuntary? The man was standing over his body with an extremely uncomfortable and creepy smile on his face that freaked Brandon out.
"See ya!" The stranger said before jumping into the air now 27 feet above Brandon while still in lightning armor. Soundbyte's green eyes widened under his mask while he was lying on his back as the stranger began to fall towards the teen who laid there paralyzed. Brandon practiced Xin Yi Ba as one of his major Taijutsu styles. This Taijutsu taught Brandon to use Chi in order to nourish his internal organs and enrich the muscles of the body. He knew this Chi could help his body avoid being injured in some situations. Hopefully him tensing his muscles and focusing his Chi would help prevent the largest amount of damage from this attack.
The stranger then landed onto the teen with great power and speed which made tensing the muscles seem like a REALLY bad idea. Soundbyte's mask popped off his face from the sheer force going into his torso. Although, none of his ribs were broken due to the added focus of Chi. Brandon coughed up blood as the paralysis wore off upon once the man stepped off of him. Brandon's entire body turned away from the man as he coughed up more blood and gripped his torso, letting out a loud cry of pain. The teen was coughing violently while attempting to catch his breath. He was in a catastrophic amount of pain, which was clearly visible despite the young musician fighting to hold back tears.
"Your ribs probably have some bone fractures." His eyes looked up at the stranger with pure hatred, his face now visible as the mask was beside him on the rooftop. Suddenly, through the pain, Brandon caught a glimpse of the sun starting to rise in the distance. It was now morning. "Hey listen I'm sorry you had to go through that" the man suddenly said once the full moon was no longer visible. The man began to explain his mysterious reaction to the full moon's moonlight. "This is not something a lot of people know but I'm always trying to fix errors I create while under this curse."
Brandon used his small amount of strength to whipe the blood from his lips with his left sleeve while using his right hand to reach for his mask and place it over his face once again while the stranger continued to speak. "Hey if you let me help you. I'll take you to this hospital here in Kitai, then afterward we could get some waffles if that's ok with you. I know it would be kinda hard for you to even begin to like me because of what I did but I sincerely apologize and wish to remind you that these actions were of rage and uncontrollable anger."
Brandon finally caught his breath and sat up slightly. Kye would then extend his hand towards the teen who was still laying on the floor. Brandon gripped his hand and stood up to his feet, slightly limping. He was still in a large amount of pain and unable to attack the man. He knew it was probably for the best that he didn't provoke another fight with the man. He was quick and Brandon was in pain.
"No, thank you." Brandon said trying to hide the pain in an act to not show any more weakness. However, the man had already seen his face while he was in pain. "My bones are alright, I just need a good rest outside of Kitai." Upon saying this, Brandon noticed the police force approaching from the earlier explosion of the paper tagged kunai. If they found those two dead civilians, there would be an issue. Brandon was in no condition to defend himself from those officers. So he quickly looked at Kye and said, "We will meet again..." With that; Soundbyte flickered out of the area and left Kitai city.

Kye stood there for a while after the boy had left. Kye then looked down at the officers who were looking at the ground-zero of the explosion. Kye then remembered what had happened last night and realized he wouldn't be able to stay in Kitai anymore he quickly Flickered into the Outer rim of Kitai that people called the outlands. He returned to the spot where he has encountered many times before. The line where Kitai's outskirts would meet with the outer world. Kye then sighed, the boy said they would meet again but Kye had his mind set on leaving Kitai now. He wasn't so sure if he would be seeing the boy again after all. He also wondered about the Uchiha boy he was training, he decided not to let the moment go to waste. He sat at the edge of Kitai and pondered if he should leave right now. Then he took his first step into the world.
