Gin was on one of his daily walks when he came across something rather peculiar walking in front of him was an middle aged man trying to carry a stack of several boxes, where he could not tell, but it was obvious that it wasn't going to turn out very well. After several steps, the man, like Gin had predicted, lost his balance and both him and his stack tumbled to the ground. After gin laughed to himself for a moment or two he went up to the man and helped him pick up his things and carry them to his destination. It turned out, that the man was a blacksmith who was carrying his latest shipment of raw materials back to his forge. For his kindness the man gave Gin a simple pair of metal bracers, that being all be had in the store at the time. Gin accepted the man's gift graciously and was on his way once again.
