The beach was quiet and still under the cover of night. The ocean waves gently sloshing and rolling hypnotically under the glimmering moonlight.

And Uchiha Rineki, the self-proclaimed Princess of the Uchiha, seemed to be fiddling with a boat docked up on the beach. A small boat that had just a few pieces of luggage loaded into it already. Rineki herself wore a large black cloak so as to not be easily recognized.

And she was moving about quite hastily. She seemed to be in a hurry to... leave? Apparently without anyone noticing.

Hikari was wandering around aimlessly in the beach area. He was pretty bored, not knowing what to do. He saw some night fishermen, some couples on dates, along with some young teens out having some fun. It was a nice night. The moon was out and the sea winds were blowing inland so the nice smell of the salty water filled the air. Hikari then saw a long pier with boats and decided he would look around and walk down the pier.

Some small boats and some large. Not too many though. All the way down at the end, he noticed some movement. He decided someone must be going fishing or something. HIkari might be able to join them, he didnt really have much going on.

When Hikari got there, he walked up the person and said, "Hey, whats up? Going for some late night fishing?" Hikari then noticed the suitcases. This, from what he could see, girl was going somewhere. Maybe running away? Maybe on the run? He would probably never know. Hikari readied himself incase this person was dangerous, but he wanted to help them also.

Rineki visibly startled, looking around nervously. She inspected the boy who had approached... and he didn't look to be armed or hostile. But dammit... he had seen her face. And she couldn't have people finding out where she had gone.

She held out one open hand to the boy, hunkering down. Almost like one does from a hostile animal, showing that they just want to leave and they don't intend to hurt anyone.

"Shhhhhh." She quietly hissed and looked around nervously again. She was trying to draw as little attention to herself as possible, and this boy was foiling *that* plan. She slowly reached into her cloak, and just as slowly pulled out a fold of money.

It was all of the money she had.

And she threw it on the ground at the boy's feet. Then pointed at it.

"Go back home please..." She whispered to him and motioned for him to leave. "You didn't see me here."

HIkari stood there, with an open mouth staring at the young girl in front of him. He bend over and picked up the wad of ryo she threw at him and counted it. "1525 ryo! Who just gives this away!?" Hikari looked at the girl and said, "I am sorry to have bothered you. But just so you know, Kitai will always be your home." Hikari did not even know the context of her trip and why she was leaving, and why the hell she just gave over 1500 ryo to a complete stranger. Hikari turned around and put the money inside of his inside jacket pocket.

Whatever was going on was strange, and with the amount of money he was just given, he probably shouldnt try and find out. Hikari walked down the empty pier, to the beach, and left back for home. The night was weird enough, he didnt want much else to cause it to get even weirder. Hikari began his walk down the beach, as he headed back for his home.
