Description: A very useful technique, this is essentially a side pivot, but an extremely rapid one, which allows the user to evade most direct attacks made by the opponent, and get to their open side. This can be done either in a quick pivot, or a wide sweeping arc, depending on what is needed to be evaded. This doesn't work against people with 5 or more agility above the user, unless they blatantly make a mistake.

Description: A more offense oriented foot technique, this allows one to attack the feet of the opponent who is caught off guard, breaking their defenses or downright throwing them to the ground. This is fairly effective against faster opponents as well, allowing the user to effectively trip them up if they don't position their feet correctly. This is essentially a very fast kick to the feet, but the force is applied to off balance, rather than to harm.

Name: The Black Heaven and Earth Technique

Description: A penultimate technique and style that is only passed down to one person per generation, the Black Heaven and Earth technique is extremely powerful. The Black Heaven and Earth technique is the perfect technique for distributing chakra throughout the physical body, allowing the user complete control of their chakra when using it for taijutsu techniques. This allows the user to consume their own cells for far more powerful techniques. These techniques are separate from this technique, and consume a number of 'charges' based on how strong the technique is. While active, the user generates 1 charge per post per rank of this technique, at the cost of his own life force. The user also has an increase in all physical skills by 5 points per rank while this is active(Fortitude, Vitality, Agility, Evasion). When getting to Stage 1, the user feels a bit of aching all over their body, but nothing to truly hinder them. Stage 2, the user feels a bit fatigued, as well as noticeable pain all over their body. Stage 3, the user is in incredible pain, and starts to lose function in their body. Stage 4, the user starts to physically bleed from their pores, and blacks out because of the pain, needing immediate medical attention. During this technique, the user's sclera turns completely black, while their iris turns a glowing blood red color. Once this technique is activated, it can not be turned off until the user hits Stage 4 and faints.

Description: A powerful early technique utilizing the Dark energy of the Black Heaven and Earth Technique, the user collects the energy in their fist, and then attempts to punch someone. Right after impact, the user will twist their fist like a drill, sending a spiral shockwave of force into the opponent's body. This has the potential to cleanly break the bones where it hits, as well as heavy internal bruising, as well as crush through most defenses of it's rank. This technique is designed not to kill, but rather to cripple them so that they can not continue the fight.

Description: A technique utilizing the Black Heaven and Earth Technique's dark energy, the Black Step is a technique that is added onto any of the movement techniques of the Art of the Step. This increases their range by 5x, and also increases the user's agility by 10 for a split second when using one of the techniques.

Description: Considered a style in itself the art of the step consists of foot techniques that are essential for martial arts as a whole. This style incorporates ones foot movements into their fighting, allowing them complete control over the movement, so they can judge the distance between them and their opponent, and what moves they can use and still reach the opponent, as well as how their body will pivot with different foot movements. This also allows them to analyze their opponent's foot positions to effectively judge what the opponent's body is capable of doing at the time.

This only works in a forward direction, in a 20 degree arc wherever the user is facing, and can almost instantly close a ten foot gap.

This has the potential to put small fractures over the entirety of the opponent's body if hit by this, as well as heavy internal bruising, as well as crush through most defenses of it's rank. This technique is designed not to kill, but rather to cripple them so badly that they can not continue the fight. Since the breaks are small fractures, the opponent will probably only need a few weeks to heal.
