Playby: Itachi Basic Character Information: Dengen Uchiha Alias: Starrking [TOP SECRET] Age: 22 Gender: Male Appearance: Dengen Uchiha is known to be a serious Uchiha. He stands to be 6 feet and 3 inches, which is quite tall and he also possesses longer than life hair. Dengens hair, like mostly all Uchiha, is pitch black and so is his eyes until of course the sharingan is activated. Dengen has a weight of about 200 pounds give or take 15 lbs. Dengen Uchiha wears an all dark blue suit, designed to be separate pieces of clothing. Dengen has a white belt and has white socks that match and also go over his shoes. An odd characteristic about Dengen, is that he paints his nails the same color blueish purple as his clothing. The young Uchiha also has a fishnet shirt underneath and a small necklace to end. Dengen is usually in the city, and when in the city, he dresses very formal in order to give the Uchiha a good name around the city. Dengen wears all black suits and matches it with dress shoes. Wearing rings and ear rings when he feels like it. Dengens hair would be tied up if he is caught wearing his formal attire, but when in combat and any other reason after that, Dengen has a tendency to let his hair down; this doesnt mean that he wouldnt let his hair down once in a while when wearing his suits. A special and unique characteristic that Dengen Uchiha has, is that he carries around an old school Konohagakure headband that he bought off the black-market. This headband, although carved in the center, is an inspiration for Dengen to achieve his goal. Personality: Dengen like many suspect about the Uchiha bloodline has a serious type of personality. He is too caught up in his own world and how to form strategies that he developed a weakness of having a one track mind. Dengen hasn’t always been this serious but after the unexpected death of his father, he had no choice but to take the matter of life serious. Dengen loved to play with his friends, and his favorite game was “War,” where the children reenact the events of the Great Shinobi World War. After the death of his father Dengen devoted his life to training so that he may one day live up to the Uchiha name. Dengen isn’t liked by many people in the outside world, and that is because Dengen doesn’t give them a chance, saying that he would rather stay with his friends and family then meet new people. Dengen has been cooped up in his home in order to keep himself busy training and away from danger. This out casting away from society left Dengen without friends as he aged and he consumed his life in his journey as a shinobi. Wondering what his fate is and where is heading, he knows one thing for sure and that is that he is loyal to his clan. Dengen doesn’t get angry fast but when you speak about his Uchiha heritage or his parents then he will show you hell. Other than in those scenarios, it is nearly impossible to get Dengen angry. Feelings is viewed as a distraction and Dengen is trying to train himself to sway away from them. Although it is hard since happiness is a feeling nobody will ever want to get rid of. The young Uchiha spends his time training so his personality around others is quite anti-social. Dengen is quite and in battle he enjoys the role of strategist rather than leader, even though that’s the case a lot of people have mentioned before that Dengen has a leader type of personality. Being the most powerful Uchiha to ever live is not an easy task seeing as so much great Uchihas have lived before, but Dengen is dedicated to becoming stronger than even he believes possible. Cursed Mark Arc:
The Uchiha Clan was one of the four noble clans of Konohagakure, and was also reputed to be the village's most powerful clan, boasting shinobi that were exceptionally talented and battle-oriented. Together with the Senju clan, they founded Konohagakure, but is now almost extinct after the events of the clan massacre and the Finger of God apocalyptic event. The Uchiha clan are known to be descended from the elder of the two sons of the Sage of the Six Paths. The elder brother inherited the Sage's "eyes", the eyes had powerful chakra and spiritual energies. When it came time for the Sage to choose a successor, he questioned the two on what course of action they would follow to bring order to the world. The elder believed that power was the way to bring peace, while the younger believed love was the way. The Sage favored the ideal of the younger brother, and therefore designated the younger as his successor, causing the elder to be filled with jealousy and hate. From this hate came what many Uchiha call, the Curse of Hatred. From the younger son descended the Senju clan, who are known as the eternal rivals of the Uchiha. However, the Uchiha suffered another more dangerous curse, the curse of war.
Before the founding of the ninja villages, the Uchiha were one of the many mercenary clans for hire. Because of their Sharingan as well as their battle prowess, the Uchiha clan came to be known as one of the two strongest clans, the other obviously being the Senju clan. Madara Uchiha was particularly powerful, and, upon Mastering his Sharingan, took control of the clan. Under his leadership the Uchiha grew stronger, conquering whatever clans they came upon, such that, whenever the Uchiha clan was hired for a job, the opposing side would hire the Senju clan, and vice versa. Sometime before Konoha's founding, the Senju and the Uchiha grew tired of the endless fighting, and approached the each other with a peace treaty. Madara was against the treaty but was overruled by the elders of the clan. The two clans came together to form Konoha, with Hashirama Senju, leader of the Senju clan, being selected as Hokage. Madara believed that this was proof that the Uchiha would be made subservient to the Senju, but his clan saw this only as his attempt to rekindle the flames of war. They turned their backs on him, and he defected.
Following Madara's betrayal, having gone into hiding after faking his death in the battle against Hashirama, shady activity began to unfold in order to keep the Uchiha's emotions in check so the village would not end up with another Madara. Over the years, some Uchiha, came to realize their ostracism and believed that they were being purposely kept out of Konoha's governing affairs. Though the Uchiha tried to rebel against the village as Madara did, they found that it was too late to make a difference, as the Senju had already completely suppressed the entire Uchiha Clan. The matter grew worse when a young Obito Uchiha whom history reports as being the man behind the Tobi mask, presumed dead at the time, witnessed the death of Rin and became a follower of Madara's ideals.
Near-Extinction Arc:
Years later, after the Nine-Tails' Attack on Konoha, Konoha began to suspect that an Uchiha was behind the attack because of their ability to control the Nine-Tails with their Sharingan. The clan was forced to live in a corner of the village, ostracized from the rest of the community, and placed under heavy surveillance after the incident. This gave birth to ill-will amongst the clan and the Uchiha interpreted this as confirmation of what Madara had warned them of years earlier, and so they began to plan overthrowing the village. Itachi disagreed with his father who was the leader of the clan and militia Fugaku's coup d'état plan, and instead informed Konoha's leadership of what the Uchiha were up to. Shisui Uchiha, who had been told to keep an eye on his best friend Itachi also disagreed with the clan's plan and joined Itachi in his mission to put a stop to it. He attempted to use the ability of his Sharingan to stop them, but the head of the ANBU black ops at the time determined, stole Shisui's right eye from him. After this, Shisui met with Itachi and saddened that he had failed to stop the clan, gave Itachi his left eye before Danzō came after it as well, telling him to protect the village and the name of the Uchiha. The Third Hokage, tried to negotiate for a more peaceful solution, but as time passed and that strategy turned to Danzō, who inveigled Itachi to commit genocide with threat of his clan's actions creating another war and innocent children such as his little brother, becoming a casualty.
The near end of the Uchiha clan was ordered. Within one night, the entire clan was slaughtered with only one Uchiha left alive: Itachi's younger brother, Sasuke. Sasuke would spend the next few years trying to avenge their family by killing Itachi, something Itachi had planned from the very beginning. After accomplishing this goal, Sasuke learned of Tobi's existence. Tobi, who history intels to be Obito Uchiha, another survivor of the clan and was also the one behind the Nine-Tails' attack, told Sasuke about the Uchiha's history and why Itachi had wiped out the Uchiha, prompting Sasuke, with Tobi's help, to resolve to destroy Konoha. Sasuke would later be shown the truth by Itachi himself after he was reincarnated. The bloodline survived the near extinction just to get nearly wiped out by the Finger of God apocalypse, but still the Uchiha Clan stands strong and more powerful than ever.

Description: Dengen has the ability to recall anything that he has experienced with his senses, with extreme precision and in abundant volume. This comes in very handily in situations when he is trying to remember information, and when he is performing complex tasks that require good memory. Being able to recall memory that are products of the senses is very important in Dengens Genjutsu mastery. Genjutsus produced by Dengen are just THAT much more real than the average genjutsu user. Genjutsus are considered a rank higher in strength and thus a rank higher in Kai is needed to be released. [Genjutsu potency +1]

Description: Dengen has trained his whole life in order to be fast, agile, flexible and to have a fast reaction time. This extensive training has caused Dengens muscles to contract something called muscle memory. This allows Dengen, who has trained his body for speed, gain the edge in movement speeds [speed boosts 20%]. The odd thing about muscle memory is, that even if unconscious, a person’s body will react on their own based on past experiences.

Techniques that cause harm to the user, techniques that violate the laws of nature, and certain techniques that are known to cause massive collateral damage, are the categories for techniques that have been banned from being taught or used but despite that, the user does not carry any legal consequences in respects to the villages they are used in, thus he learned to acquire this special trait.
History Information: History: Birth ARC- Starr Child Being born in the Government District of Kitai City in the Saigo Region, Dengen had a great education, a lovely home and a safe surrounding, being that he lived in Upper City Living. Dengen was an odd case of “New Blood,” a case that was just becoming familiar now as bloodlines from the old world began to rise again to the new world. Dengen was born as one of the few lucky ones though being biologically compatible to the Uchiha gene. Dengen became the first found living relative of the Uchiha Clan that was once thought of as being extinct. Being born with such a rare bloodline caused trouble in Dengens household as thieves attempted to steal the Uchiha DNA. The times became so troublesome that even Dengens father died defending him from Medic Shinobis attempting to kidnap the kid. Dengen was young when his mother first realized he had a gifted mind. Dengen was able to recall information that he learned before he was able to speak. This was incredible and his eidetic memory proved to be unique in itself. Dengen was a bright child and some would have even said he is a star child, an Uchiha of the new age. Raised with new beliefs and testaments than the ancestor Uchihas. Dengen has a large family, and the Uchiha were together considered a family, seeing as they had to protect each other from foreign threats. Academy ARC- Moon Day After the death of his father, Dengens mother made a deal with the government. She asked for them to take her son in order to keep him safe, then they replied by explaining to her that now there are more Uchihas in the village and there is a “Home Schooling” program he could take in order to be safe and get the proper training to fit his unique bloodline. The mother agreed without hesitating, leaving Dengen to stay home for mostly all of his Academy years. The only time Dengen would go out and see those he used to call friends were in sparring matches against the Academy student, where he was brought in, standing out as an obvious out cast. Dengen used this time to train, and because of his unique trait that had nothing to do with his bloodline, Dengen became a true child genius; at the age of 8 he graduated from the Academy as the youngest in the class and finally became a genin. In one of his sparring matches, Dengen was partnered up with someone that he considers to be a good friend. The first match Dengen was put in was against another Uchiha, a young man with prominent taijutsu skills. He showed Dengen a thing or two while combating but at the end, Dengen one by playing with the kids mind. Dengen found out right there that Genjutsu was going to be his prominent fighting style, taking a back seat to taijutsu. Genjutsu is a game of the mind, and Dengen has said this many times as a young man. It was interesting to see him grow up and use this knowledge into the actual fighting style. Genin ARC- The Sun of Man Having an eidetic memory made Dengen a true genius outside of the shinobi life, but it was when Dengen incorporated the abilities into his fighting that he realized the true potential of his traits. Being an Uchiha, he felt it was only right to master the art of Genjutsu. Dengen trained genjutsu whenever he could and when he couldn't, he just attempted to work on his taijutsu. Dengen was a true believer in health within the MIND and BODY, so he practices it with his Genjutsu and Taijutsu. The young Uchiha began to notice the true potential behind training, so he vowed to grow up and become a legendary shinobi. Dengen became a dreamer in the time when he graduated the Academy and his dream was to unite mankind and give birth to a New World with Order in the governance, unlike the chaotic systems of governance of old, Dengen wants to build a true Democratic Republic. “A land for the people, and created by the people.” Dengen accomplished his Dream, founding and stabilizing the Uchiha Clan. Of course, the young shinobi, being a genin, felt that the responsibility is overwhelming. Dengen feels like he is up to the task, and he did well for many of months leading his clan to establishing a compound and a name around Kitai. Dengen thought long and hard about what he was going to do next, but he needed to do something. The young Uchiha left his clan, leaving it to his most trusted clan members. Dengen returned to see that Kitai was destroyed by one of his right hand men, and Dengen could not help but to smile at the sheer power he has gripped. The leave was well taken, and Dengen is back to see what he can do with his new found knowledge acquired outside in the wilderness. Knowledge that he considers to be [TOP SECRET]. Chunin ARC- The King is Born After the destruction of Kitai, Dengen Uchiha couldn’t believe his luck. He happened to leave the day the city was destroyed by a roaring beast. His reason for leaving was to complete a mission and to his devastation, he seen Kitai in ruins when he returned. Blood, organs and bodies in general created the layout for the city. It was a horrific sight and as Dengen sought to leave, he noticed a man that was stuck under a fallen tree. The man was injured but very much alive and he was crying out for help. He didn’t see the young Uchiha so he had a chance to flee unnoticed, but Dengen couldn’t live with such guilt. Dengen then turned and assisted the man, and after, they went on to help a few other shinobis who were trapped. Kitai city was no more and a lot of the shinobi life that resided inside were not being sensed anymore. Dengen knew that most of the high ranking shinobis were more than gone in this predicament in time, so he took the obligation of doing things a genin wouldn’t regularly do. He was saving people while getting himself in dangerous scenarios, and he did it so much that it came to a point in which Dengen gained recognition by a fellow high ranking shinobi within the city. He then told the young Uchiha about becoming Chunin, and as Dengen explained that he is genin, the man simply laughed and said. “Kid. You’ve done your fair share to help the city of Kitai. You have eve grown a reputation. If you don’t deserve it, I don’t know who does.” Jounin ARC- Starr King and the Sun & Moon It took just one day and one night in order for Dengen Uchiha to see the monstrosities happening before his eyes. After the destruction of Kitai, nearly everyone in the world went on survival mode. Seeing as Kitai was the source of a lot of the world’s products and financial distributions. A lot of theft and killing ran ramped around the shinobi lifestyle and order needed to be made. Cities began to be formed and two hidden villages were said to have been established not too far along. Dengen needed a way to keep up with the time and as soon as he was promoted Jounin, he gave birth to a new personality, and he called it Starrking. When Dengen is Starrking, he wears a mask and a black outfit. Nobody knows about his identity because he keeps it a secret, and this he must do since he at times is forced to pull pity crimes in the uniform. Starrking was born in order for Dengen to handle things with certain manners that he didn’t want to be identified afterwards with. Be it torcher or anything else, Starrking is who Dengen turns into in order to pull these morale-less acts. Starrking wears a black long coat that has long sleeves and a hood with a black tight suit underneath. A white belt on his waist tightened, in order to keep it still and ninja pants, sock and shoes to go with it all. Dengen has a yin & yang mask that is white in his right side and red in his left, the eyes appear dark until the sharingan is activated, in which it will glow outward. Dengen Uchiha has only decided to do this, because the world is on edge again, awaiting to see if power will corrupt or if maybe true peace can be obtained. Nevertheless, Dengen has to do his part in order to save his clan, even if it means going to drastic measures.

Name: Black Mamba Type: Taijutsu - Kunai Rank: E-SS Founder: Dengen Uchiha Origin: Wilderness Description: This style is an advancement of the shurikenjutsu, making the user a proficient weapon specialist with small projectiles. As a Taijutsu specialist, fighting those with weapons can be awfully difficult. All shinobis are trained for close quarter combat with their kunai, but Dengen has taken his training to another level, creating a fighting style revolving on Kunai combat. As kunai fighting is usually unpredictable and close combat, the terrain and environment are rarely ideal for it. So this means grip and fighting style are incredibly important. There are two basic philosophies to this fighting style. The first and most notable philosophy is to attack the arm or hand of your opponent who is wielding the other weapon by using acrobatic maneuvers and attacking or defending in a harmonious succession. The other philosophy consists of specific grips that will influence how you fight with your knife. This style is not created to win a weapon fight, but instead survive it. Because of this style, Dengen can keep up (blade to blade) with the most distinct swordsmen in close quarter combat as long as they are of the same rank. - Spoiler:
HAMMER Grip: Considered to be the best grip by Dengen’s standards. The hammer grip consists of holding the kunai handle in a tight fist. Yet the wrist should be loose and flexible, like it would be if you held a hammer or hatchet. This grip keeps the kunai from being easily knocked from your grasp and not only allows you to thrust, chop and stab at your opponent, but also punch them with your fist and the bottom of the knife handle itself. - Spoiler:
ICE PICK Grip: The Ice Pick Grip allows Dengen to penetrate body armor, heavy clothing and other protective garments (Kunai must equal rank of garment). Dengen simply grabs the handle of the kunai with the blade pointing down, as he wields it in a stabbing motion, like you would an ice pick. However, this grip can leave you incredibly vulnerable because you telegraph what you intend to do to your opponent, leaving the side you are stabbing with entirely exposed. Also, you can't thrust with the kunai, only stab. This grip is best used when your opponent doesn't know you are coming. - Spoiler:
FENCERS Grip: Dengen uses this grip the most saying, “It is important to pick a strong and easy grip that can work in any situation.” The fencer's grip consists of gripping the kunai between the thumb and forefinger while the other fingers are wrapped loosely around the handle. This grip allows you to quickly slash and stab effectively in all directions with tremendous ease. Although, as the opposite of the Hammer Grip, the weakness to this grip is that you can lose your grip on your kunai with this grip if your hand is hit correctly. - Spoiler:

One must keep in mind though that if the kunai itself is E-rank, it can only keep up with a C-rank sword without breaking. Although with a D-rank custom Kunai, it will survive B-rank sword strikes but not A-rank. A-rank swords will need a C-rank Kunai, and a B-rank kunai will be needed for an S-rank sword. If chakra is infused into the sword strike, it will be able to break through whatever Kunai is used as long as the swords rank is equal to, or higher than the kunai.

Name: Uchiha Classic Armor Appearance: Rank: C Coverage: Torso, Shoulders, Groin and Hip Special Abilities: Blocks against D rank and below weapons/weapon jutsus. Descriptions: A simple red iron plated armor tide together with a metal stringed-coil. Origin: The Red Iron Plates were created individually and then arranged and put together properly in order to make an armor. Devros is a weapon smith that Dengen is real close too, it is he who created this Armor for the Uchiha. Name: The Kami Kunai Appearance:  Rank: C Range: - Special Abilities: Thicker than most Kunai, can travel 10% faster than the average Kunai. Descriptions: The Kami Kunai is a custom made Kunai utilized by Dengen Uchiha in conjunction with his Black Mamba fighting style. The Kami Kunai differs from a standard kunai in that it has three blades instead of one, and Dengen says that The Kami Kunai is a bit heavier than a normal kunai because of its handle and the prongs on the blade; the prongs also makes the kunai deadlier. Origin: Devros created this Kunai in order for Dengen to have a weapon when using the Black Mamba Fighting Style.

Description: As the name suggests, the user binds the opponent in a genjutsu, rendering them incapable of movement. This genjutsu can be used on more than one target at the same time. Once the target is bound, the user or an ally can rush up to the enemy and deliver a devastating killing blow. Memory has literally everything to do with the senses. Genjutsu also has everything to do with the senses. I am not adding two benefits into one SC but I am instead upgrading the original SC. Maybe I just skipped through the genjutsu rules, but why cant I have the same trigger? There are jutsus that use the same Hand-sign, and over time my triggers are going to overlap. It is almost inevitable, since it is pointless and EXTREMELY hard to create a new trigger for every new genjutsu. I hope you understand this, because I can change the trigger to this technique and believe me I will, but to have a diff. trigger for all my genjutsus. Because its stated in the wiki that chakra isn't visible. Only reason you can see the chakra from mystical palm technique is because it lets the viewer know that chakra is being used. And to make chakra visible, you gonna release a lot of it.

Maybe I just skipped through the genjutsu rules, but why cant I have the same trigger? There are jutsus that use the same Hand-sign, and over time my triggers are going to overlap. It is almost inevitable, since it is pointless and EXTREMELY hard to create a new trigger for every new genjutsu. I hope you understand this, because I can change the trigger to this technique and believe me I will, but to have a diff. trigger for all my genjutsus. In the long run, it is going to be a bit chaotic.

The duration is something else gotten from the Genjutsu Guidelines under the olfactory sense, or as it is labeled here I think, "The Sense of Smell."
