PostSubject: Kamuri's Lightning Training   Kamuri's Lightning Training EmptySun Jul 07, 2013 5:02 pm

Kamuri had been wasting time, and that wasn't like him. He realized this, and decided to make up for the lost time he spent doing absolutely nothing. He wasn't sure what to do, but as he walked out onto a wide open field, it hit him. Why not expand his arsenal? He about ten jutsu that he could actually say he knew, and you could never have too big an arsenal. With that, he began thinking of original techniques. He only had one element, so he didn't have a whole lot to work with, but even if he had no elements, Kamuri would drive himself to become more powerful. His invention of new jutsu would also double as training.

Looking at the jutsu he did know, he realized he had only two Ration ones. He decided to start there and expand his Raiton inventory. With that, he began thinking about all the types of jutsu he could make. Defensive, offensive, supplementary, he could even create a new seal. The possibilities were endless, and he liked that. First he decided to create a defensive type move. He began thinking of ways that he could defend himself, and instead of thinking about a defensive move at it's essence, he thought of something else. He had been fiddling with his ninja tools and pulled out a handful of makibishi. No one truly used the, they were just there. Kamuri himself didn't even use them. Right then he decided he'd create a way to make them better, using his Raiton affinity.

With ten makibishi placed on the ground in front of him, Kamuri formed a hand seal and began charging his electric chakra. The more he focused, the easier it was to mold his chakra into the abstract shape of the makibishi. When he felt he was ready, he pumped the Raiton chakra into his palm, and a static makibishi would form in his hand. The boy grinned, and then dropped the electric makibishi in front of him. With that, he created nine more to replicate the ten in front of him. The young shinobi picked up a rock and hurled it at the normal pile of makibishi, and it simply continued with it's momentum, baring only a scratch. Kamuri then picked up an almost identical rock and threw it at the Raiton ones, and it shattered.

Kamuri grinned, but wanted to improve the technique even more. Thinking about the actual use of the objects, which were for people to step on them, he thought of an even more devastating attribute...what if they went even deeper into someones foot? That would wound and shock them. He didn't want to change the size, however, as that would make them way more noticeable than they should be. With that, he fused a little bit more chakra into the remaining caltrops, and created a time bomb of sorts. They would rise six inches when struck. A six inch deep wound by electricity...that was devastating.

To test his creation, he picked up a bigger rock. It wasn't quite a boulder, but it was fairly large, covering most of Kamuri's torso and face. It was a good two feet in height and would serve as the perfect testing dummy. There had been three of the lightning makibishi left, assembled in a triangle formation, and Kamuri would toss the near boulder sized rock at them. There was a crackle, but the rock did not shatter, but that wasn't what Kamuri was aiming for. Lifting the rock once more he examined the bottom to see three six inch deep holes. That would be a good addition to his arsenal.

Now to make an offensive type move. He decided to base it off another ninja tool, or tools, since it worked so well the first time. With that, he decided to combine the three ninja projectiles: kunai, senbon, and shuriken. It mostly resembled a kunai and senbon, but mimicked the shuriken's size. They actually looked like darts kind of. He decided to test the aptitude of these darts on five sapling that someone had planted in the field. Extending his arm which was laced with Raiton chakra, Kamuri had his hand flat out. He concentrated the chakra, and released it from his hand one at a time.

One by one, the sapling were destroyed by these sharp little darts made of pure lightning chakra. this would be a good addition as well. It suited Kamuri perfectly, as he was neither a close ranged fighter or long ranged, so it helped to have mid range attacks as so. It was a fairly simple technique, but he liked the idea of completely original moves that he himself had invented. Letting his body rest for a few moments, Kamuri began thinking of more techniques. Looking into the sky, a tight-knit pack of birds, shrikes to be exact, were flying by. This inspired him to create a final offensive technique to add to his arsenal. He began molding chakra immediately.

The first two techniques were replicating objects, but the birds...the birds inspired Kamuri. He began channeling lightning chakra into his arm as he had done for the previous technique, but instead of focusing solely on his hand, the chakra was widespread into his entire arm, from shoulder to fingertips. This was because it was creating more than five of the attack. With his arm pulsing with electric chakra, he held his arm out horizontally in front of him. He hadn't even performed the technique and was already fond of it. With that, he launched as many shrike like lightning shapes from his arm as possible...his limit seemed to be seven. The birds took flight and left his arm, and a happy expression took his face. This was the first time in a long time he had enjoyed himself. It was quite sad actually that this was to him, having a good time. He didn't care though. Becoming stronger and training caused happiness, then oh well, that's him. He didn't care what anyone thought.

He watched along as the seven birds flew together, just as the actual shrikes had. He amazed even himself at how beautiful the technique was. They soared near each other, and he could control them at will. He divided them up and had three go either direction, and one fly right at a large boulder. The bird would explode on impact, creating a nice sized crater. He grinned at the power of a single bird, and he had seven total at his expense. the remaining six birds created an aerial formation, forming a parallel V shape, and flew over the same boulder before spiraling in a nose dive, altogether impacting the boulder. The large boulder shattered as the birds exploded, each with the ferocity of an exploding tag. Kamuri was in love with his creation. The first two jutsu were alright, but this, this was something else. He decided this would be his patented technique until he grew and created even more powerful ones.

With three new Raiton ninjutsu added to his arsenal, the boy had been low on chakra, and left the abandoned field. There was several scorch marks here and there, both from previous shinobi, and from his own lightning attacks. He would return when he was rested and continue with his creation process.

The next day, Kamuri returned to the same empty field. The familiar scorch marks were still there, and the dust from the boulders he had damaged were still there. He had created some pretty neat techniques the previous day, and doubted he could top them. Whether he topped them or not, he had a few ideas that would still be great additions to his arsenal. The first technique he had been thinking about was a new Fuuinjutsu. Considering Fuuinjutsu was his specialty, this was something that would be pretty easy. Expanding on the Raiton Ninjutsu focus, he would combine the two and create a Raiton Fuuinjutsu. The explosions that his lightning shrikes had formed the previous day had become the foundation for this Fuuinjutsu. They looked like they had the same amount of raw concussion force as an explosive tag, so he would use that as basis.

Kamuri withdrew a blank tag, and pumped chakra into it. The chakra formed a seal on the tag, resembling an explosive note, but instead of a red border, it was yellow. Also, the center seal was not the explosive kanji, it was the kanji for static. Once the seal was written, Kamuri pumped more chakra into the tag, but this time Raiton chakra. He would see how explosions and electricity went with each other.

Looking around for a new target dummy to practice on, he spotted a rock almost identical to the one from the day before. A deviant smirk came to his face as he bolted toward the rock. When he was within two meters, he would lunge toward the rock and quickly place the electric seal onto it, before performing a swift back flip, halfway to his original position where would tumble backwards until he was indeed at his original starting position. Summoning a small amount of chakra, he used the basic detonation technique, and the rock would shatter from not only the concussive force, but also the static electricity.

As the dust cloud from the rock dispersed, it would be revealed that some of the pebbles and rock particles were still suspended in the air from the electricity. This is why Kamuri loved Fuuinjutsu, it was so underrated and underestimated. He felt bad for the first person he used this seal on. They would be in for quite the shock...the boy laughed to himself at the little joke, and would then continue on to create one more technique.

Ready to create his final technique before continuing with his journey, Kamuri would base this one off of a lightning storm, but not the offensive elements really...he was going to base it off of thunder. The sound of thunder, so destroy an opponent's ear drums. The concussive force behind this technique was to be minimal, as the main focus was to revolve around the sound part. With an opponent that had disabled hearing, this opened up a bunch of opportunities. Kamuri liked the idea of having at least a somewhat technical move in his arsenal.

The young boy was proud of his new arsenal. He had expanded upon it greatly in a short length of time. He had also found a new hobby in creating techniques. After all, they were the Ninja Arts. Kamuri did not like to think of himself as an artist though. As poetic as he may be at some points, artwork would be a whole new level of jutsu, and simple Genin ranked ones would not do. One day, he would show the world the true meaning of ninja art, but that day was long from now. With that, he found a tree in the large open field that had made it passed it's sapling stage. The field was mostly vast and flat, so this took quite a bit of wandering to find.

The boy sort of felt bad about destroying it, but it was better to practice his new jutsu on other things rather than other people. That would defeat the point of testing them. Some time, though, he would use them in combat. With that, Raiton chakra began flowing at a steady pace into the boys hands. A tingling sensation went about, and it felt almost like his hands were asleep, but that was not the case at all. They were very much alive and pulsing with energy.

Kamuri spread his arms out, showing his true wingspan, continuing to channel chakra inside his arms to his hands. A quiet zap could be heard from either hand here and there, but otherwise, the only sound was the slight breeze. "Thunder clap!" the boy would shout, breaking the silence before bringing his hands together in a swift motion. There was a huge crack and boom, and the tree was killed. Yes, Kamuri's voice broke the silence, but the clap had shattered it, rebuilt it, and completely destroyed it again. Entirely happy with his new jutsu set, Kamuri would leave the field, probably never to return again.
