Name: Soundbyte’s Weights
Origin: A set of weights Soundbyte was given to by Soran before he died. There are two pairs of weights; one for the arms, the other for the legs.  Both pairs that go onto the arms and legs.  The arm weights appear to be little more than pitch black sweatbands that are bound to his shoulders and ankles. This is usually hidden by his pants or melody arms, but they fit perfectly without interfering with his specially made shoes or gauntlets. Can also be removed without taking the shoes or the melody arms off. The weights are extremely durable, yet oddly small in size for the amount of weight that they carry. Despite their unassuming appearance, each weight weighs 500 pounds. This would be a true test of Brandon's skills. Soran knew that what Brandon needed to increase in most was speed. This would be a difficult task for Brandon to accomplish, but he knew the outcome would be worth it.

I do not know if this is a secondary ability that you are adding to the 10% flexibility, but it specifically, the speed thing needs to be removed. i understand you are probably talking about what is above, but it implies added speed, so just take it out. And saying your flexibility is boosted to super human levels should be out as well. if you can, this whole paragraph and just keep the second one.
