Staff Guide: Character Applications

Basic Character Information:

Name: Make sure the name is in the format (Last Name, First Name)
Alias / Nickname: -
Age: Lets limit the amount of odd ages we see in different ranks, Use this if at all possible. 6-12 academy, 10-16 genin, 14-45 chuunin, 18-45 jounin. This is just an outline, use it how you see fit.
Gender: -
Appearance: Make sure that all character have at-least two paragraphs detailing their characters appearance. Pictures will not satisfy this demand.
Personality: Again there really aren't any rules to this, just make sure that it is two paragraphs to give some depth to the character.

Approved Bloodline Application Link: Make sure the Bloodline is approved, and make sure if the user has permission to use it. If the bloodline is open for use then it should be fine, but we have had some members pick bloodlines that they liked instead of asking permission.

Clan Information:

Clan History: -
Clan Application Link: Again, make sure they have permission to be in the clan, and make sure the clan is approved.

Role Information:

Title: Titles usually match ranks, with C rank being Genin and so on. There will be some cases where this will be different. Make sure it makes sense in the characters history.
Rank: This is the power ranking of the character being made. Be sure to keep track of the ranks that are open during the creation of the application. Most of the time new characters will be restricted to C rank.
Residency: This area is important, it deems where the character will start. Make sure that the residency makes sense. We shouldn't approve kirigakure ninja that are living in Sunagakure. Doesn't make sense.
Organization | Group: If they put an organization, make sure its legitimate. It may be a made up one for plot devices, or a organization already made.

Skill Information:

Skill Specialty:
-Main: The Main specialty can be anything that is canon or custom.
-Sub: The sub specialty can be anything that is canon or custom.
-Tertiary: The jounin that wants a third specialty must have the pre-made SC, check the premade SC list here: http://www.narutor.org/t28666-universal-special-characteristics#242340
Elemental Affinity:
-Main: -
-Sub: Genin can only get their secondary element at B rank.
-Advanced: Only people that should have advanced elements are those with a bloodline ability to do so.

Special Characteristics:

Special Characteristics:
If the character is in a bloodline, make sure their transfer over any Bloodline SC's to their application, or it doesn't count. The bloodline SC's DO NOT add onto the starting limit for SC's.

Maximum Number of Special Characteristics

Genin = 2 Special Characteristics in total (3 for shinobi without a Bloodline or Secret Technique)
Chuunin = 3 Special Characteristics in total (4 for shinobi without a Bloodline or Secret Technique)
Jounin = 4 Special Characteristics in total (5 for shinobi without a Bloodline or Secret Technique)
S/Kage = 5 Special Characteristics in total (6 for shinobi without a Bloodline or Secret Technique)

History Information:

History: For histories, I'd like genin to have at least 4 paragraphs, chuunin 7 paragraphs, jounin 9 paragraphs, S ranks 12 paragraphs. This isn't a requirement, but just a guideline for you guys.

Arsenal:
MAKE SURE that they start with the appropriate starting limits. (Genin - 10)(Chuunin - 15)(Jounin - 20)(S Rank - 30). Those numbers account for Jutsu/Weapons/Techniques. One style is allowed per rank. Standard weaponry bypasses this!
